CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 16/15 dated 02/02/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar that on 02/02/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Katal near Chailchowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of Smt. Amra Devi W/O Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Katal PO Chail Chowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 25/15 dated 02/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Narayan Singh R/O Bagdola PO Mahog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/15 he was going to Khandar Gali, in the mean time Ashok Kumar came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING
3 Case FIR No. 43/15 dated 02/02/15 U/S 407, 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prithi Singh S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O Chhuhighat PO Binga Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he purchased a Tractor through Himchal Gramin Bank Marhi on the loan limit amounting to Rs 5 Lac. And . After seven months he sold his tractor to Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Bhukad Tehsil Bhoraj on Affidavit but said person did not deposit monthly installments in Himachal Gramin Bank Marhi and also sold the said tractor to the third person. ASI Sandeep Kumar I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 112 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.14,300/- was recovered and 6 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
