2. Case FIR No.28/15 dated 06/02/15 U/S 420, 465, 466, 468, 471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ved Parkash Tehsildar Sadar that Sh. Mircha Ram S/O Sh. Chuharu Ram R/O Thachi PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi & Smt. Kaushlaya Devi W/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O Muhal Mangwain ( Ram Nagar) Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi prepared the forged tatimas of khasra No. 1657 which was not attested by f revenue officials being undated and used said tatimas in evidence in civil suit. SI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
- Case FIR No.29/15 dated 06/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered inP.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sachit Mandyal S/O Sh. Kasmir Singh R/O House No. 55/2 Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/02/15 he was going to his home and when he reached near Jagiriti Medical Store , in the mean time Pawan Kumar came alongwith his son , Rahual and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 32 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 9/15 dated 07/02/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Harcharan Dass S/O Late. Sh. Dhana Ram R/O Purana Bazar House No. 5 Ward No.11 Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/02/15 he alongwith S.P. Kesari were going to evening walk near BBMB Hospital, in the mean time a Motor Cycle(HP31A-2003) which was ridden by Rudik S/O Sh. Sonu Kumar House No. 368/S BBMB Colony , came rashly and hit to S.P. Kesari and sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 879 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
- Case FIR No.20/15 dated 08/02/15 u/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Sh. Parveen Kumar R/O Kupad Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/01/15 she is beaten by her husband and she sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 53/15 dated 06/02/15 U/S 341, 323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Surinder Kumar R/O House No.197/8 Ambedkar Nagar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/15 Smt. Nirmla Devi & her son Raj obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7. Case FIR No.45/15 dated 06/02/15 U/S 325 , 323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Shanshar Chand R/O Gadhole PO Sajaupiplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/02/15 Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Ratkail PO Sajaopiplu came alongwith two unknown persons and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
8. Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 07/02/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Bhag Singh R/O Naghla PO Fatehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on a Car(PB07AQ-2125) met with an accident due to rash driving at Naghla and two occupants who were boarded on said car sustained injuries. ASI Desh Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
- 158 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.17,300 /- was recovered and 20 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2000/- was recovered and 8 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 5000/- during last 24 hours.
