CRIME REPORT ON 26 FEB

INAUGURATION OF POLICE STATION DHARAMPUR  

1. Mandi Police  feels  proud  with  the inauguration of Police  Station  Dharampur    by Sh. Sanjay Kumar, IPS,  worthy Director General of Police, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. Congratulations to all citizens.

 

CASE OF HURT

2. Case FIR No. 28/15 dated 25/02/15  U/S  325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Piyar Chand  S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh  R/O  Makdena PO Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/15  Roop  Singh  resident  of the same locality  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Raj Mal  No. 875  I.O. of P.S.  Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3. Case FIR No.26/15 dated 25/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  ASI  Ramkrishan  that he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  2250 ML  Illicit  Liquor  from the possession of   Darmender Kumar S/O Sh. Inder  Dev  R/O  Tadar PO Gohar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI   Ramkrishan I.O. of P.S.  Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 20/15 dated 25/02/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Bhagi Ram  S/O Sh.  Chhayia Ram R/O  Malana PO   Jari Tehsil  Bhunter Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 25/02/15  he was going to Kullu by  Car(HP03A-2580) which was driven by  Sandeep  Rana S/O  Sh. Dina Nath R/O  Bamta PO  Bilaspur Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Bilaspur  and  when he reached near Rains Nala, in the mean time   the driver of said  car  lost the control on  the vehicle and  collided to  a Truck ( HP65-1172)  who  was coming from the opposite side and  one person sustained injuries in this mishap.  HC  Prakaram Singh  No. 904 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING  WAY , HURT  AND   INTIMIDATION

 

5. Case FIR No. 60/15 dated 25/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Dila Ram  R/O  Bhadyal PO Tikkar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 25/02/15  Om  Prakash came  alongwith    Anju   and  obstructed  his way and beat him up  and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Lal  Singh  No. 80  I.O. of P.S.Balh  is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 61/15  dated 25/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC  has  been registered  on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Gawanu Ram  R/O  Bhadyal PO  Tikkar Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/02/15  Karan Singh resident of  the same locality  obstructed  his way and  beat him up. HC   Lal  Singh  no. 80  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE  OF OFFENCE  AGAINST  PUBLIC  SERVANT   AND  INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No.62/15  dated 25/02/15  U/S 341, 353, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the c omplaint of  Sh. Subhash Chand  S/O Sh. Devi  Ram  R/O  Neran PO Tarnoh Tehsil  Kotli  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he is working as  a driver of HRTC  Depot . On  25/02/15  he was on    the route  Kotli to Mandi  along with Bus  and  reached near Nerchowk , in the mean time  a Car(HP33A-5563)   came  there ,  obstructed his way  and  occupants  of said car  beat him up. HC Hosiyar Singh  No. 873  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

8. Case FIR No.73/15 dated 25/02/15  U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of SH. Jaipal Singh  S/O Sh.  Chaudhary  Ram  VPO  Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 25/02/15  a  Car( HP22A-0901) met with an accident at  Dalwan  , which was  driven by  Sushil Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand  R/O  Batel PO  Bhambla Tehsil  Baldwara  and   one person namely  Vishal Kumar S/O Sh. Pradeep Kumar VPO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt.  Mandi  died in this mishap. SI Vishal Rathour I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9. 86  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.12,300 /- was  recovered  and 11 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-   was recovered during last 24 hours.
