CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No.47/15 dated 17/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been regisdtered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Serd PO Syanji Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/02/15 he was going to attend the marriage at Hateswari Temple , in the mean time Sandeep Kumar came alongwith Anil Kumar , obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS
2 Case FIR No. 33/15 dated 16/02/15 U/S 447 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dharampal Chouhan S/O Sh. Dharam Chand Chouhan R/O Kot Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/02/15 Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Harisaran R/O Bagsar Tehsil Karsog entered in his land. ASI Jhabe Ram I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3 144 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.15,400/- was recovered and 12 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
