CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No.28/15  dated  27/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  ASI  Lal Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli that on 27/02/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Oridhar and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  24 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from the possession of  Dhan Dev  S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O Tunga  Dhar  PO  Janjehli  Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI  Lal Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINALTRESPASS , HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 75/15  dated 27/02/15  U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been  registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi  W/O Sh. Rakesh  Kumar  R/O  Chhatar PO  Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on 26/02/15  Manoj Kumar  came alongwith Shanta Devi and entered in the courtyard of her  home and  beat  her up. HC Dalip Singh  No. 911  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT. MISCHIEF AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 76/15  dated 27/02/15  U/S 451, 336, 427, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi  W/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Chhatar PO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/02/15  Rakesh  Kumar   came  alongwith  Sheela Devi , entered in  the courtyard of her home and  threw the stones  upon her  Car and  abusing her.  ASI  Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE    OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER

4        Case FIR No. 77/15 dated 27/02/15  U/S 307, 324, 341, 504,506,201 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Vijay  Kumar S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O  Tanihar PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  that   on 18/02/15  Anupma W/O  Sh. Deep Singh  attacked   upon  him  with sharp weapon and he sustained injuries on the whole  parts of  body.   Insp.  Jagdish  Chand  SHO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS , HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No.64/15 dated 28/02/15  U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Raj  S/O Sh. Kaka Ram R/O  Mahadev Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/02/15     Naresh Kumar entered in  his shop at  Nerchownk  and  beat him up. HC Vijay  Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE  OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

 

6        Case FIR No.22/15 dated 27/02/15  U/S 452, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut  on  the complaint of  Sh. Anilkant Sharma S/O Sh. Shyam Lal Sharma  PO Mohal Distt. Kullu that on 27/02/15  he  was present at  Nagwain Petrol  Pump, in the mean time  4/5  person  came alongwith  a  Car ( HP66-2168) and  beat  to  Biri Singh  &  Gurdev  Singh  and they both sustained injuries.  HC  Hem  Chand  No. 883  I.O. of P.S. Aut  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  HURT

 

7        Case FIR No. 16/15 dated 27/02/15 U/S 324, 323,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  on  the  complaint of  Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dev  Raj R/O  Surahan PO Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 26/02/15  Luxman Singh  &  Ramesh  Kumar  beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar  is investigating  the case.

 

CHALLAN

8                 207  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.27,500 /- was  recovered  and 15 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1600/-    was recovered during last 24 hours.
