ARREST OF ACCUSED
1 Accused Chetan Sharma @ Manu Sharma R/O VPO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP), Rahal @ Vicky S/O Sh. Baldev Singh C/O Sh.Kamla Devi R/O Pulgharat Distt. Mandi (HP) and a juvenile accused have been arrested in Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 02/02/15 U/S 457, 380 IPC of P.S. Padhar. Above accused persons produced before the Ld-Court of JMIC-II Sarkaghat and granted judicial remand upto 07/02/15.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 49/15 dated 04/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O Alsu PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/02/15 Vijay Kumar & Roop Lal obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
REWARD FOR SHOWING HONESTY
3 Head Constable Ghansyam No. 23 of Mandi Police returned back missing purse containing amount of Rs. 1730/ alongwith ATM Card & Driving Licence etc. to actual owner . Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS worthy Superintendent of Police, Mandi acknowledge the honesty of above Head Constable and awarded him with commendation certificate.
CHALLAN
4 86 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.10,600/- was recovered and 14 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
