SECURITY  ARRANGEMENTS  IN VIEW OF VISIT HON'BLE PRESIDENT OF INDIA

1         Today Sh, P. L. Thakur, IPS, Worthy Inspector General of Police, Central Range, Mandi (HP) and Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, worthy Superintendent of Police, Mandi (HP) visited the complex of  IIT Kamand  and held  a meeting with the   administration of IIT, Kamand alongwith  central and  state security  agencies,   in view of forthcoming visit of  hon'ble  President of India  to check the all  the  security/law & order, traffic regulation and  parking arrangements etc.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case  FIR No. 20/15 dated 12/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 504 , 34 IPC has been registered in PS. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Govind  Ram  S/O Sh. Puran  Chand  R/O  Shilli PO  Baga Chanogi  Tehsil Thunag Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on 11/02/15  Udham  S/O Sh. Shukaru  Ram   came   alongwith his friend and  obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of  PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No. 42/15 dated 12/02/15 U/S 341, 323,504 IPC  has been registered in P.S.   Balh  on the complaint of  Smt.  Radha Devi  W/O Sh. Govind  Ram  R/O  Gutkar Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/14  Bindu  Ram  resident of same locality obstructed  her  way and beat her up and she sustained injuries .  HC   Kewal  Singh  No.  20  I/O of P.S.  Balh  is  investigating the case. 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4          Case FIR No. 12/15  dated  12/02/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  by HC  Ram Lal   I.O. of P.S  BSL Colony Sundernagar   that on  12/02/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Zero Chownk BBMB Colony Sundernagar  and  during the course of patrolling   he found that  a  Rehari  was laid  by  Brijbhajan S/O Sh. Ramjan R/O  Indera Aawas Colony  Changer  PO  BBMB  Township Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP) on the  road  which was causing obstruction to general  public as well as   Traffic.  HC  Ram  Lal  No. 543  I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

 5         Case FIR No. 14/15 dated  13/02/15  U/S 20 of   NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  HC Girdhari  Lal No. 30   I.O. of P.S. Aut that  on 13/02/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials at  Jhalogi  and  during the course of nakkabandi  he recovered  925    Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Paramjeet  S/O Sh.  Sarwan Kumar   R/O Chowki  PO  Bhatamba  Teshil Khundia  Distt. Kangra (HP) . HC  Girdhari  Lal  No.  30   I.O. of  P.S. Aut is investigating  the case. 

CASE OF   CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

6          Case FIR No.52/15 dated 13/02/15  u/S 408 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Alishan S/O Sh. Abdul Kahyum R/O  Purana Ghas Kanta New  Basti  Chakrota Road  Saharanpur Distt  Saharanpur (UP) that  he is   working  as  a vender of  Buffaloes . On   09/02/15  he  deposited  Rs  1,50000/-  in the account of his servant Basim  and  on 11/02/15   said  sevant  ran away alongwith  money  deposited by him.  ASI  Thakur  Dass  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7          155  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.24,300 /- was  recovered  and 9 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 900/-   was recovered   and  13 challans  were issued under Mining   Act  and  fine of Rs. 45,500 /- during last 24 hours.
