CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

1        Case FIR No. 22/15 dated 19/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of   Sh.  Bhav Dev  S/O Sh. Biri   Singh  R/O  Chital PO  Bara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 19/02/15 Dina Nath came  alongwith his  brother Fateh  Singh , both are  resident of same locality , obstructed his way and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Deep  Chand  No. 910  I/O of  P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case  FIR No. 16/15 dated 19/02/15  u/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by  HC Ravinder Singh  No. 863 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony that on 19/02/15  on a  telephonic information he went  on   the spot at  Dhanotu Chownk,  and  found that  a   Scorpio( HP31B-1344) &  Car( HP31-7223) collided  to each other  . This  incident  occurred  due to rash and negligent driving of  both driver of said vehicles  and  one person sustained injuries  in this mishap.  HC  Ravinder  Singh  No. 863  I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 3       Case FIR No. 48/15 dated 19/02/15  u/s 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nilma Devi  W/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Rathoa PO  Tikkar Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)  that her brother-in-law  beat her up and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Naresh  Kumar No. 862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASEOF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS

 4       Case FIR No. 49/15 dated 19/02/15  U/S 341, 447, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Tota Ram  R/O  Behna Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 14/02/15  Vimal , Jogeshwar Singh both are the resident of same locality   entered in his land and  obstructed the  construction   work  which was initiated by him . HC  Dharamender Singh  No. 77 I.O.  of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.   

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5       Case FIR No.50/15 dated 19/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 19/02/15  he was on  traffic  checking duty at  Ratti  and during the course of checking of a Car ( HP33B-0910) he recovered  12 Bottles of  Country Liquor  &  12 Bottles  of  English  Wine  from the possession of  Kabil Singh  S/O Sh. Kuldeep Chand R/O  Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh(HP).  SI Kuldeep  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. 

CHALLAN

6        114 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.13,500/-  was  recovered  and 4 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 400/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
