CASE OF NDPS ACT
1 Case FIR No. 16/15 dated 13/02/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by Insp. Lokender Singh SHO of P.S. Aut that on 13/02/15 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Jhalogi and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 2 Kg Charas( Channabis) from the possession of Mohd. Nadeem Akaram S/O Sh. Shekh Abdul Mazid R/O 13/3 Pemanental Street 62 Park Street (Kolkatta) . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by Insp. Lokender Singh SHO of P.S. Aut.
CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT
2 Case FIR No. 15/15 dated 13/02/15 U/S 147, 148, 323, 504, IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the compalint of Sh. Thane Ram S/O Sh. Khebe Ram R/O Nehra PO Dhabehar Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on he is working as a laborer. On 13/02/15 he had gone to Segli and when he reached upper Sehli , in the mean time Girdhari , Lal Singh, Maya Ram and two sons of Kertu came and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 13/15 dated 14/02/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony that on 14/02/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Theekar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Sh. Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Theehkar PO Pourakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 14/15 dated 14/02/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by by SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony that on 14/02/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Theekar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18000 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Shobha Ram S/O Late. Sh Rattan Lal R/O Theehkar PO Pourakothi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi HP .SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sunderngar is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No.38/15 dated 14/02/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 14/02/15 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Garlon Nala near Sukki Bain and during the course of patrolling he recovered 362 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Sh. Bhim Bhadur S/O Sh. Jeet Bahadur R/O Echowk PO Magal Distt. Sindupal ( Nepal). ASI Karan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 53/15 dated 13/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Badri Dass R/O Chamyar PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/02/15 Hari Singh obstructed his mother's way and beat her up and she sustained injuries . HC Dalip Singh No. 911 I.O. of P.S Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT , RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 13/02/15 U/S 451, 447, 323, 336, 506, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of SH. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Baswater PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/01/15 Dina nath Asha Devi came alongwith Koushalya Devi , entered in courtyard of his home and threw the stone on his home and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Thkur Dass I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

8 Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 13/02/15 u/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Shyam Ram R/O Chamyar PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/02/15 Bayasa Devi & Anil Kumar resident of same locality , entered in the courtyard of his cowshed and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Dalip Singh no. 911 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
9 Case FIR No. 56/15 dated 13/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506,34 IPC has been registered inP.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Seri PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/02/15 Hem Chand, Praveen, Shyam Lal obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequences. HC Prabhakar No. 872 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
10 165 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.25,800 /- was recovered and 12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.13,750 was recovered during last 24 hours
