INSPECTION OF WOMAN POLICE STATION BUILDING

1. Today Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, worthy Superintendent of Police, District Mandi (HP) inspected the building of Woman Police Station, Mandi which is being inaugurated by the hon'ble Chief Minister, Himachal Pradesh  Raja Virbhadar Singh ji on 18/02/2015.

   CASE OF NDPS ACT

2. Case FIR No. 43/15 dated 14/02/15 U/S 20 NDPS Act has been registewred in P.S. Balh by HC Nand Lal No. 37 that on 14/02/15 he laid a nakka  along with other police officials at Nagchala and during the course of nakka he recovered  300 Gram cannabis (Charas) from the possession of Ram Dass S/O Sh. Thaur Dass R/O Vill. Bayasar Tehsil &  Distt. Kullu (HP). HC Nand Lal  No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 45/15 dated 15/02/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh that he laid nakka along with other police officials  at Nagchala  and during the course of nakka he recovered 502 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Krishan Kant @ Kak S/O Late Sh. Mohan Lal R/O H. No. 5 Ahluwalia Mohala Tehsil Mukerian Distt. Hoshiyarpur (Punjab). HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 44/15 dated 15/02/15  U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shanti Bhutashan S/O Late Sh. Kishori Lal R/O Vill. Behna Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/02/15 Vachiter Singh and Raj Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No. 57/15 dated 14/02/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Diptanshu S/O Sh. Ravi Shankar R/O H. No. 250/9 Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he along with his friend Anshuman were going to BBMB Lake by his scooty (HP31A-3473) and when they reached near Sheesh Mahal a M/Cycle came from Kapahi side very rashly and hit his scooty. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER

6. Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 15/02/15 U/S 307, 342,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand S/O Sh. Krishan Chand VPO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 14-15/02/2105 Pawan Kumar pulled him inside of his shop and shut down the shutter of his shop. Thereafter Pawan Kumar and his cousin attacked upon him with sharp weapon with the intension to kill him. ASI Brij Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No. 56/15 dated 14/0215 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by Inspr Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8 bottles of Una No. 1 from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram R/O Vill. Kohan PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) . Inspr Jagdish Chand SHO P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

8. Case FIR No. 32/15 dated 15/02/15 U/S 285 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Daya Nand R/O Vill. Kanyog PO Gawalpur Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/02/15 some unknown persons put is fields on fire. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST

9. Case FIR No. 17/15 dated 15/02/15 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Madhulika Sharma W/O Sh. Ved Parkash Sharma at present Block Elementary Education Officer Seraj-II Sub Tehsil Balichowki that Prem Singh S/O Sh. Jhathu Ram R/O Vill. Kashous PO Khola Nala Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) Ex SMC President Kashaud made irregularity in the construction work of GPS Kashaud Seraj-II and providing Electricity connection etc. and he is failed to deposit sum of Rs. 94459/- despite repeated reminders. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P Balichowki is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10. 196 vehicles were challaned and compounded to Rs. 26,700/-  and 4 challans   made under COTPA & fined  Rs. 400/-.
