 INAUGURATION   OF POLICE STATION DHARAMPUR

1       Sh. Sanjay Kumar, IPS , worthy  Director General of Police , Himachal  Pradesh, Shimla  will inaugurate  the Police  Station Dharampur on 26/02/15. Mandi Police cordially  invites   to all citizens  to attend the inauguration  function.  

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 17/15  dated 25/02/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.   Ram  Saran S/O Sh. Gopalu Ram  R/O  Kanol PO  Tikkar  Distt. Kangra(HP) that on 25/02/15  he was  going to  Mandi   by his  Truck ( HP19D-0986) and  when he reached  near Dhanotu Chownk, in the mean time  Car(HP13B-0417)   which was  driven by  Vijay  Kumar  came rashly   from opposite  side and hit  his   said  truck  and  driver of said car  sustained  injuries.  ASI  Shiv  Kumar I/O of  PS BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.    

CASE OF HURT

3        Case FIR No. 27/15  dated 25/02/15  U/S 323, 325 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ram  Singh  S/O  Sh. Sewak Ram  R/O  Dhelu PO Dohag  Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)   that on    16/02/15   he  alongwith his son were   coming from the marriage , in the mean time  Bansi  Ram  &  Suresh Kumar  beat him up  and his  son  and  they sustained injuries.  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT   AND DEATH   DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

4        Case   FIR No. 72/15  dated  24/02/15  U/S  279, 337 , 304(A)  IPC & 184 MV Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of   Sh. Himu  S/O Sh. Parma R/O  Tamler PO  Bahnu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/02/15  he  found that   a  Jeep  ( HP31B-0226) was  felling    down  500  Feet  downwards  from   the road due to rash  driving   and   one  person  sustained injuries  and  another  person   died on the spot  in this  mishap. ASI Thakur  Dass   I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF   KIDNAPPING

 5         Case FIR No. 68/15  dated 24/02/15   U/S  363, 366 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sundernagar on  the complaint of  a person  R/O Chhater PO  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi  (HP)   that his  daughter is missing since 31/01/15  and he suspect that  Manish  Chaudhary  S/O Sh. Chuharu Ram  R/O Chhatter PO  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi   kidnapped  his daughter.  ASI  Ram   Lal  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

 

 CASE  OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND  CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION 

6        Case FIR No. 71/15 dated 25/02/15  u/S 341, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay   Kumar  S/O Sh. Gusaun Ram  R/O  Majyar PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  24/02/15 Basanta Ram , Chand Devi  &  Kaku Ram   obstructed  his way and also  threatened  him with dire consequences .  ASI  Rajinder Thakur  I/C  of  PP Dehar is investigating the  case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7        Case FIR No. 69/15 dated 24/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S Sundernagar that on  24/02/15  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Jaral and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  3000 ML  Illicit  Liquor from the possession of  Beena  Devi  W/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O  Jaral PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Shamsher  Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Sundernagar  is  investigating   the case.

CHALLAN

8       137  Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.16,800 /- was  recovered  and 14 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1500/-   was recovered   and  5 challans  were issued under Mining   Act  and  fine of Rs. 27500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
