CRIME REPORT ON 21 FEB.

                                   

CASE OF CHEATING-ARREST OF ACCUSED  

1.     Case FIR No.21/15  dated 28/01/15 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh.  Sohan  Lal    R/O  Bayanal PO  Kunhoo  Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 19/01/15  he received  a call  on his Mobile No. 8679457481  from  a Mobile No. 917056053326 that  as per your SMS received have to be deposited sum of Rs. 1350/- in account No. 038000107147391 of PNB. On this complainant deposited sum of Rs. 1350/- in above mentioned account. Thereafter accused informed to complainant that above amount of Rs. 1350/- received and now he have to talk with the M.D. on his mobile No. 7056260572. On this he complainant talked with the so called M.D. and said so called M.D. said to the complainant that Rs.15050/- have to be deposited in above account and thereafter your account will be credited with sum of Rs. 15 lac. After two days when he contacted with above so called M.D. he again sent him another account No. 0337006900003241 and told him to deposit sum of Rs. 30,000/- and complainant deposited the sum of Rs. 30,000/- in said account. Thereafter he again talked with so called M.D. and said so called M.D. told to the complainant to deposit additional amount of Rs. 20,000/- again and thereafter his account will be credited with sum of Rs. 15 lac within 15 minutes. On this he deposited the sum of Rs.20,000/- but no amount was credited in his account. Hence, case was registered on 28/01/2015.

During the course of  technical   accused were indentified from Panipat Haryana and above both account Nos. were verified at Amritsar and Mukatsar respectively. When   amount was deposited in above accounts culprits  drew  the same at once through ATMs at Panipat.

A police team police officials of  of P.S. Karsog rushed to Panipat and they succeeded to nab the four culprits all resident of Panipat, Haryana after the making enormous efforts by liaisoning with the bank authorities. Recovery of above amount is being made from the accused. Besides it during the course of investigation it has also been found that so many innocent peoples were cheated by them.

(i)                Input are also being shared with other security agencies of states i.e. Punjab, Haryana etc.

(ii)             Investigation is being monitored by the officer to rank of Dy.S.P.    

INAUGURATION OF NEW POLICE POST

2.     Sh. Kaul Singh Thakur hon'ble Health, Revenue and Law Minister to the Govt. of H.P. will inaugurate the new Police Post Kamand on 23/02/2015 under the jurisdiction of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 23/15 dated 21/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint of Sh. Dameshwar Singh  S/O Sh. Ganga Ram VPO  Parwara Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  20/02/15  Jai Ram S/O Sh. Sohan Lal  resident of same locality  obstructed his way and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC Inder Dev  No. 35  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case  FIR No. 60/15  dated 20/02/15  U/s 325, 323, 504 IPC has been  registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mahinder Singh S/O Sh.  Basant Ram  R/O  Bah PO  Kothuan Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/02/15 Kaul Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Lala Ram beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Amrit Lal  I.O. of PP Sandhole  is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 62/15 dated 21/02/15  U/S  279  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Kumar R/O  Ramehra PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is   working   as a driver  in HRTC   Depot  Sarkaghat and  when he was  on the  their   route  alongwith  the Bus( HP28A-1788), in the  mean time   Private Bus(HP65-1756) which was  driven by Khem  Chand  , came rashly from behind and hit  his  said bus. SI Satish  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat   is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

6.     82 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.10,300/-  was  recovered  and 2challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
