 CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 34/15 dated 09/02/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar   by  ASI  Hem Raj  I/O of  P.S. Sadar  that  on 09/02/15  he was on patrolling   alongwith  other police officials at Paddle near Gurudwara and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered 704  Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Vishal Atreja S/O Sh. Rajesh Kumar  R/O  House  No. 132 Gurudwara Road  Pandusar  Tehsil  Nabha  Distt.  Patiyala (PB)  &  Tejpal S/O  Sh. Krishan  Pal  R/O  House No.  137  Tehsil  Nabha Distt. Patiyala (PB) .   ASI  Hem  Raj   I.O. of  P.S.  Sadar  Mandi  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2         Case  FIR No.35/15  dadted 09/02/15  u/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar by  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C  of   PP City  Mandi   that on 09/02/15  he    was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at Chohatta  Bazar and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  91  Bottles of  English  wine  from the possession of  Kuldeep   Singh  S/O Sh. Tej Singh  R/O  Chipnu  House No. 240/07 National  Street  Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP  City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 29/15 dated 09/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of  Sh.  Leeladhar  S/O Sh. Shyam  Lal  R/O VPO  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 09/02/15   Lala Ram  came alongwith  Chaman Lal  and  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI Amar   Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4           Case FIR No. 54/15  dated 10/02/15  U/S 20  of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar by HC Lalit  Kumar  No. 26  that on  10/02/15  he  laid a  nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Pungh  and during the course of  checking of  Bus(HP66-1464)  he recovered 2Kg 100 gram  Charas( Cannabis) from the possession of  Puran Chand  S/O Sh. Kundu Ram  R/O  Jaon PO  Baradha Tehsil Sadar Distt. Kullu (HP). HC  Lalit Kumar No. 26  I.O. of P.S.  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5         Case   FIR No.14/15 dated 10/02/15  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Smt.  Sawani Devi  W/O Late. Sh. Jawahar Lal  R/O Bewla PO  Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on  09/02/15  when  she went  to  temple for  worship , in the mean time  Smt.  Meena Devi  W/O Sh. Budhi  Singh  R/O  Bewla obstructed her way and  beat her up and   she sustained injuries and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Roop  Lal I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

6         Case FIR No. 11/15 dated 09/02/15  U/s 20, 29 of  NDPS    Act  has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Aut   that   on 09/02/15  he  laid  a nakka  alongwith other police officials at  Jhalogi and  during the course of checking of Car(PB11BK-8464)  he  recovered  1Kg 250 gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of  Balvinder Singh  S/O Sh. Krishan Singh  R/O  House No. 76  Ward No.3(A) Dharampura Mohalla Dhuri Tehsil Dhuri Distt. Sangrur(PB)  &  Prakash Singh  S/O Sh. Balwant Singh  R/O  Kakadwal PO  Tehsil  Dhuri Distt.  Sangrur (PB) . Both of the accused has  been  arrested and further investigation  is being carried out by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Aut  .

CASE OF  CRIMINAL  TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

7          Case FIR No. 38/15 dated 09/02/15  U/S  451, 323,504, 506 IPC has been regisdtered in P.S  Balh on the complaint of  Smt. Prem  Lata W/O Sh. Hem  Singh  R/O VPO  Meramseet Tehsil  Thanna Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 09/02/15  she was  present  in the courtyard of her home, in the mean time  Sohan Singh  entered in the courtyard  of her home and beat her up and she  sustained injuries and  also threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC  Malik  Singh   No. 57  I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT  

 

8         Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 09/02/15  U/S 341, 323  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Pawan  Kumar  S/O Sh. Prem Dass R/O  Bhura PO  Rajgarh Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on 12/01/15  Pawan  S/O  Khem Singh  obstructed his way and beat him up and  he sustained injuries. HC  Hosiyar  Singh  No. 873  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

9          Case FIR No. 40/15  dated 09/02/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  ASI  Chranji  Lal  I/C  of PP Rewalsar  that on 09/02/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Dehari Galu  and during the course of patrolling  he recovered  6 Bottles of   Country   Liquor  from the possession  of  Roop  Lal  S/O Sh. Moti  Ram  R/O   Ghar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Chranji  Lal  I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

10        284 Challans  were  issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.30,400/-  was  recovered  and 15 challans  were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1500/-  was recovered  and 3  challans were  issued under  Mining  Act and fine of Rs. 14,100/-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
