CRIME REPORT ON 05 FEB

CAMPAIGN TO  ATTACH THE REFLECTORS ON VEHICLES OF MANDI POLICE

1        Today Sh. Mohit  Chawla, IPS, worthy  Superintendent of Police, Mandi  inaugurated  the campaign launched   by  the Mandi Police  to  attach  the reflectors  on all vehicles  of Mandi  Police in view to avoid the road accidents specially while vehicle   are on move  during  night,     dense fog & heavy rains etc.

ARREST OF ACCUSED

2          Accused Chetan Sharma @  Manu  Sharma R/O VPO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP), Rahal @ Vicky   S/O Sh. Baldev Singh  C/O  Sh.Kamla Devi  R/O  Pulgharat Distt. Mandi (HP) and  a juvenile   accused  have been   arrested  in Case  FIR No. 11/15  dated 02/02/15  U/S 457, 380  IPC of  P.S. Padhar. Above  accused   persons    produced  before the Ld-Court of  JMIC-II Sarkaghat  and  granted   judicial  remand upto 07/02/15.   

CASE   OF NDPS ACT

3         Case FIR No.27/15  dated 05/02/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  SI Rajesh  Kumar    I.O. of P.S. Sadar  that on 05/2/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials at  Bindrabani  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  1 Kg.589 gram   Charas  ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Sh. Dharamveer S/O Sh. Sunehara R/O  &  PO  Adyana Tehsil Matloda Distt.Panipat (HR)  &  Dalveer S/O Sh. Mange Ram  R/O  Atawala PO &  Tehsil Matloda  Distt. Panipat (HR).  SI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S.   Sadar   Mandi is investigating  the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

4          Case FIR No.50/15 dated 05/02/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  SI  Gopal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that on 04/02/15  he  laid a nakka  alongwith  other police officials at  Pungh  and during the course of   checking of  Bus(HP63-5865) he  recovered 2 kg120 gram  Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Jitender  Kumar  S/O Sh. Man Singh  R/O  Triunkana PO  Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Gopal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundenagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION   

 5     Case FIR No. 9/15 dated 04/02/15  U/S 341, 323,504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh.  Lata devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar  R/O Parlikararei  PO Kholanala  Sub- Tehsil Balichowki  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/02/15  Roop Chand  S/O Sh. Het Ram resident of same locality  obstructed  her way, beat her up  and  she sustained injuries  and   also  threatened  her with dire consequences. ASI Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigation  the case.

CHALLAN

6          146 Challans  was issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.21,200/-  was  recovered  and 23 challans  was issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 2300/-  was recovered  and  3 challans were issued under Mining  Act  and  fine of Rs. 11,600/-   was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
