CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No.21/15 dated 18/02/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Late. Sh. Gopal R/O Wanan PO Piplughat Tehsil Arli Distt. Solan (HP) that on 18/02/15 he was going to Shimla alongwith Pankaj Kumar, Prem Lata and Rakha by Car(HP63B-0244) which was driven by Bhawani Dutt and when they reached near Thunag, in the mean time driver of above said car lost the control on the vehicle due to rash driving and fell down 40 feet downwards from the road and all the persons who were boarded on said car sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2 125 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.20,100/- was recovered and 8 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
