INAUGURATION OF INTERNATIONAL SHIVRATRI ( SPORTS) FESTIVAL-2015
1 Today International Shivratri (Sports) Festival-2015 inaugurated by Sh. P.L. Thakur, IPS, worthy Inspector General of Police, Central Range, Mandi. Sh. Sandeep Kadam, IAS, worthy Deputy Commissioner, Mandi & Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS, worthy Superintendent of Police, Distt. Mandi alongwith other senior officers of district administration, Mandi were also present on the occasion. Events of Hockey & Football were organized today on the opening ceremony.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 46/15 dated 31/01/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registerered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Chamrala PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/15 he was going to home by Tipper(HP69-2217) and when they reached near Diyuli Galu , in the mean time driver of said Tipper lost the control on the vehicle and fell downward from the road . All the occupants who were boarded on the said Tipper sustained injuries & Smt. Vimla Devi W/O Sh. Prabhu Ram R/O Chamrada Distt. Mandi died on the spot in this mishap. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 28/15 dated 31/01/15 U/S 447, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O Brahal PO Barsoo Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi(HP) that Amar Singh , Tek Chand & Savitri Devi entered in his land and cut the grass without informing him . HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 29/15 dated 31/01/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O Late. Sh. Premu Ram R/O Bharoun PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/15 he alongwith his wife were going towards Lunapani by his Scooter(HP33-3645) and when they reached near Chakkar, in the mean time a Truck(HP11-4018) came rashly and hit his scooter and they sustained injuries. HC Vijay Kumar No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 30/15 dated 31/01/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jeevan Singh S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Mundru PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/15 his brother obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Naresh Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY , HURT AND INTIMIDATION
6 Case FIR No. 40/15 dated 1/02/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Surender Singh R/O Upper Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/01/15 Ram Lal resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat her up. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 41/15 dated 1/02/15 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of PP Dharampur that on a telephonic information he went on the spot at Taryambla and he found that a Tractor was met to an accident which was driven by Basanta Ram S/O Sh. Bhrestu Ram R/O Churu-Ka-Balh PO Longni Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) and said driver was died on the spot . HC Prem Singh I.O. of PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 124 Challans was issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs.23,600 /- was recovered and 14 challans was issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
