CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 199/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal Incharge P.P. City Mandi that on 27/07/2016 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Sukki Bain and during nakka he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Ramu R/O Sharan PO Nagar Tehsil Manali Distt. Kullu (HP) who was travelling by Kanika Bus Service (HP65B-0144). Accused has been arrested and further investigation  is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal incharge P.P .City Mandi

 CASE OF CHEATING

1. Case FIR No. 68/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the written complaint of Sh.Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Taryambla PO Laungani Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP) that he met with Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Harbans  Lal R/O H. No. 216 Dashmesh Nagar Ladoo-Ki-Chakki, Jalabad District Fajilka (PB) and he assured to him that he will provide him VISA to him  after completing all codal formalities   and send him to Canada and took sum of Rs. 4,60,000/- from him as advance payment on 20/11/2015 for the purpose and he also came to his home at Taryambla and took sum of Rs. 72,000/- in case and  now he is refusing to provide him Visa. ASI Harnam Singh I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING

1. Case FIR No. 128/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 147,148,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogidernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Ram S/O Sh. Nuri Ram R/O Kunduni PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kala Devi, and her  four daughters namely Sakina Devi, Rina Devi, Santoshi and Rukmini beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 199/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 27/07/2016 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Inspr. Sanjeev Sood SHO P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ghatta and during patrolling he recovered 2000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Lekh Ram S/O Sh. Saunu Ram R/O Vill. Upper Ghatta  Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Inspr. Sanjeev Sood is investigating the case.

CASE OF   OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT WHILE DISCHARGING LAWFUL DUTY AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 353,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Nar Singh Dutt Sharma R/O Vill.Mauil PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Kanoongo Bagsaid that on 27/07/2016  he was on duty at Tattapani where Balmukund Sharma S/O Sh. Keshva Nand Sharma R/O Tattapani abused him and also beat him up. ASI  Sahib Singh incharge PAR Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 332 challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 44,600/-   was  recovered and    29 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.800/-    was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
