CASE OF HURT

1          Case FIR No.  63/16 dated 19/07/16 U/S  323, 325 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Jai  Singh  S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/O  Kutahar PO  Kamand Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that  on 17/07/16  Narayan  Singh   beat him up  and he sustained injuries. HC  Ranjeet Kumar  No. 51   I.O. of PP Kamand  is investigating  the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 101/16 dated  20/07/16 U/S  39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog  by  ASI Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that he was on  patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at Mehsudhar and during the course of patrolling he   recovered  500 ML   Country Liquor from the possession of  Hira Lal  S/O Sh. Narayain Singh  R/O  Mehsudhar PO  Chouridhar Tehsil  Karsog District  Mandi (HP). ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O.   of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF (PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT) AND  OBSTRUCTING WAY

3          Case FIR No. 102/16 dated 20/07/16  U/S  3 of (Prevention of Damageto Public Property) Act &  U/S  342  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh  S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O  Sanarli  PO  Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog presently  working as  driver in HRTC  depot Karsog  that on   19/07/16  he was on duty  along with  Bus(HP03B-6190)  which  was  on its  way  Karsog to  Mandhu and when they reached at   Mandhu at 8 PM  and   he  went  to  sleep at the rest house  of   Sh. Chet  Ram . Early  in the  morning when he tried to open the door of his room,  he found that it  was locked  by  some unknown  culprits from outside  and also broke the   front  mirror of   said HRTC  Bus . ASI  Bhom Parkesh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 111/16 dated  20/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh. Budhi  Singh  VPO Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that  on 19/07/16  he  alongwith  his mother & Narinder Kumar were  going  towards  their home   and when they  reached near home, in the mean time  Mast Ram, Kanta Devi, Tek Chand & Rangila Devi obstructed  their way and  beat  them  up and  they sustained injuries.  ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 216/16  dated  20/07/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sarina W/O Sh. Sukardin VPO  Jamsai Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 20/07/16 she was present in her home, in the mean time her father-in-law  obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI  Thakur Dass  I.O. of PP  Sarkaghat is  investigating the case.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 217/16 dated 20/07/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O  Noun PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 19/07/16 he was  present at Bhambla , in the mean time  a Summo(HP01M-0612)  met with an accident due to rash and negligent  driving  by   driver of said  vehicle and  sustained injuries.  HC Thakru Singh  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7         Case FIR No.  194/16 dated  20/07/16 U/S 341,  323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Lucky  S/O Sh. Hari Singh  R/O  Plahi  PO  Kothi Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 19/07/16  he was  going to  his home , in the mean time  Vinod Kumar  & Sanjay  Kumar  both are the resident of  Plahi  obstructed his way and  beat him up  and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Bodh Raj  I/C of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 8          270 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 34,300/- was recovered and 43 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
