CASE  OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 08/07/16 U/S 341,  323, 504, 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Smt. Babita Kumari  W/O Sh. Mehar Singh  R/O  Kashyon PO  Mahu Nag  Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that  on  07/07/16  she  alongwith  Tankeshwar  Dutt  were  going  to home and  they reached near  Firnu Bahal, in the mean time  Yashwant Singh  S/O Sh. Ram Singh  R/O  Chalah PO Sarahan,  Narayan Singh  S/O Sh. Sita Ram VPO  Teban Tehsil   Karsog, Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Sangat Ram VPO Teban came by a car along with a unknown person and obstructed their way and  beat  to Tankeshwar Dutt and  they also threatened them with dire consequences .  ASI  Bhom  Parkesh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 09/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC  has been  registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar  S/O Sh. Lekh Raj  R/O  Lower Behli  PO  Upper  Behli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/16  a Motor Cycle (HP24B-5103)  which was  driven by  Prawal  Sharma S/O Sh.  Anil  Kumar R/O  VPO   Lada  District  Bilaspur (HP)  came rashly and negligently and hit  his  Car(HP65T-4358) as   a result   said  rider   alongwith  pillion rider namely Mukesh  Sharma S/O Sh. Kuldeep Sharma  VPO  Gehdavi Tehsil  Jhandutta District (Bilaspur)  both sustained injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar  No. 879  I.O. of BSL Colony  Sunderangar is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

3          Case FIR No. 208/16 dated 09/07/16 U/S  354(A) , 354(B), 345(D) , 504, 506 , 509, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady R/O  Raswan PO  Surajpurwari Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)    that on  today at about  6AM she was going  to her land , in the mean time  Ajay Kumar &   Vijay  Kumar  both are  resident  of same locality, stalking her  and  tried to outrage  her modesty .  SI Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investiagitng the case.

4          Case FIR No. 209/16 dated 09/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Besar Singh  S/O Sh.  Prem Singh  R/O  Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 08/07/16  Suraj, Sunny  &  Shillu  all  the resident of same locality  obstructed his  way  and beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences.  SI Manmohan Singh   I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No.  207/16 dated 08/07/16 U/S 279 IPC & 187  MV Act  has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Sharma  S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Kaner PO  Fatehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/16  he  parked his scooty (HP01A-4005) alongside the  road at Mohin, in the mean time  a Car(HP01A-4005)  came  rashly from  Sarkaghat side and hit his scooty and ran away from the spot .  ASI  Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

6          Case FIR No. 53/16 dated  08/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Devender Kumar S/O Sh.  Bhole Ram R/O  Ropa  PO  Kataula Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that  on  08/07/16  he  alongwith his uncle were going  by  Motor Cycle (HP33D-2265)   which  was ridden by his  uncle and when reached near horse form , in the mean time  rider of  said Motor Cycle lost  the control  on the Motor Cycle   due to rash and  negligent   ridding and   fell downward  from  road  as a result they both  sustained injuries.  HC Rajender Kumar   No.  51  I.O. of PP  Kamand is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.   269    Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 33,900/- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700 /- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
