CASE OF OBSTRUCING WAY , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1          Case FIR No. 55/16 dated  10/07/16 U/S  341,  342, 504,  506 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Padhar on the   complaint of  Sh. Abhay Kumar S/O Sh. Amarnath R/O  Jhawela Tehsil  Jhandutta District Bilaspur (HP)  presently working  at  Hydro  Power  Pvt. Ltd.  R/O  Cherana  PO  Lohardi  Tehsil Multhan District   Kangra (HP)  that   on  10/06/16   he was  going to  Barot  Bazzar, in the mean time  Sanjeev  Kumar   resident of  Multhan came there  and  obstructed his way and beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No. 56/16  dated  10/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 34  IPC has been  registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Khubkala W/O Sh. Tek   Chand  VPO Kathog  Tehsil  Padhar  District Mandi (HP) that on  10/06/16   at about  5:30 PM she  alongwith  her  son namely  Tilak Raj were  coming  from  their  field, in the mean  time Subhash Chand S/O Bhag Singh, Manohar Singh S/O Durga Singh, Durga Singh S/O Nanku Ram, Tula Ram S/O Khekh Ram all  the resident of  Kathog  obstructed the way of her  son and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC   Sarwan Kumar  No. 42  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE  OF  FOREST ACT

 

3          Case FIR No.  96/16  dated 11/07/16  U/S  41, 42  of Indian Forest Act  &   U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar  presently Range  officer  Seri  Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that on  11/07/16  he  was on checking duty alongwith other officials   at  Ahsla  and during the course of checking of  Pick-Up Jeep ( HP 30-4407)  he  recovered  11 logs of  Kayal wood  and   driver of  said Jeep ran away from  the spot .  ASI  Swaroop  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.  

 

 

 CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

 4         Case FIR No.  82/16 dated  10/07/16 U/S  447, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Himi  Devi  W/O Sh. Mani  Ram  R/O  Mandoli  Tehsil  Nihari  District Mandi (HP) that on 10/07/16  Poonam  W/O  Sh.  Tara Chand   resident of  the same locality  entered in her land and beat her up and also threatened her  with dire consequences.   ASI  Pushap Dev     Incharge  of  PP Nihari is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF  RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT , RIOTING  &NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE

5           Case  FIR No.  186/16 dated  11/07/16  U/S  336,  143, 285  IPC  &   U/S 109 of  Police Act  has been registered in  P.S. Sadar  by ASI Ram I/C of PP  City  that today   he was  on patrolling  alongwith  other police officials at  Chohta  Bazzar and   during the   patrolling he  found  that   Bhupender Singh,  Member of  Zila Parishad  came  along with  15/20  activists  of  CPIM and burnt the  effigy   of Govt. of Himachal  Pradesh .  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of  PP City is investigating the case.

 

 

 CASE OF   HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

6     Case FIR No.  120/16 dated   11/07/16 U/S  325, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the  complaint of  Sh.  Pankaj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bhag Singh  R/O  Bhadyara PO  Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on 27/07/16  he  came  alongwith  Banti   from   Palampur  and  when they reached near  Bir Road, in the mean time  Pankaj Bishat  came alongwith his  friend  and  beat him up and he sustained injuries .  HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

1.   224  Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24700/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered last 24 hours.
