CRIME REPORT ON 22 JULY

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 81/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ram Chand S/O Sh. Amar Chand R/O Vill. Soi PO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2016 he parked his vehicle (Tata-Sumo, HP02M-0393)  on the road side  at Thalaut and he was taking his  meal there in a Dhaba. At about 09.45 PM a bus (HP66-1420) came  there and hit his vehicle along with another vehicle (HP66-1144) which was also parked there. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of bus (HP66-1420). ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF RAPE

1. Case FIR No. 64/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 363,366,376 IPC and U/S 4 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the written complaint of a person resident of Padhar area that on 18/07/2016 his minor daughter was abducted by Joginder Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram and they recovered his daughter from Bhunter along with above Joginder Singh from the quarter of said Joginder Singh's  sister and he also raped his minor daughter. SI Vinod Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 65/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Sonia W/O Sh. Sushil Kumar R/O VPO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/07/2016 she was working along with her cousin and servant in her Dhaba, in the mean time Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Manish Kumar, Nettar Lal S/O Sh. Sher Singh both are resident of Salana and Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O Lalu PO Kunnu came there in intoxicated condition and they all abused her and they also beat her up along with her cousin Praveen Kumar and her child Prajawal and they sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Nek Ram S/O Sh. Dharam Dass R/O Vill. Mohardhar PO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/07/2016 his cousin Pawan Kumar and Nettar Singh went for taking  their dinner at Shergul Dhaba at Narla but owner of said Dhaba didn't serve them food and they came to the complainant. On this he went to said Dhaba and when he entered in the  Dhaba, Sonia owner of Dhaba and her servant beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND WORD,GESTURE AND ACT INTEND TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN

1. Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 506,509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sushma Devi W/O Sh. Durga R/O Vill. Dal PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/05/2016 Naveen and his parents abused, insulted her and also threatened her with dire consequences.  ASI Roop Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 123/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bharat Bhushan S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Passal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on the complaint of Sh. Bharat Bhushan S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Passal PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/07/2016  he was present in his home and he heard loud noise and came out and saw that a vehicle (HP29-1303) which was driven by Alka Sood D/O Sh. Santosh Kumar R/O Bhatehar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) hit Smt.Shayam Devi and she sustained injuries. HC Desh Raj I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 195/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dev Raj S/O Sh. Param Dev R/O VPO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that Jagu, Sunny and two their associate obstructed his way, beat him up and threatened to him with dire consequences.ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTIG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 196/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar@ Lucky S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Vill. Bhaur PO Kanaid Tehsil Sunderagagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Golu, Raj, Sandeep and Nikku obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened to him with dire consequences. ASI Khalil Ahmed I. O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 66/16 dated 21/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek Kaluthra S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O VPO Jaisinghpur Distt. Kangra that on 21/07/2016 he was travelling by an Alto Car (HP01D-5556) alongwith Vishal Kumar who was driving said car and when they reached at Gaddhar near Kothuan driver of said car lost control over it and fell down about 50/60 feet downwards from the road and they both sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is  investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 255  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 41,000/-   was  recovered  and  9 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.900/-   was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
