CASE OF NDPS ACT

  1. Case FIR No. 184/16 dated 20/07/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Slapper that on 20/07/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Karehech PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and during patrolling he found that 6000 plants of cannabis (charas) were planted illegally in the fields of Pali Ram S/O Sh. Mani Ram R/OVill. Karehech PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

Karehech PO Seri Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

     

     

    CASE OF KIDNAPPING

  3. Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 20/07/2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of a person resident of village Dharali PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 02/05/2016 his  daughter went to the Karsog bazaar and she did not return back till date. He searched out her everywhere but could not traced out. He suspects that his daughter was kidnapped by Tota Ram S/O Sh. Daulat Ram R/O Ruhadha PO Pressi Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

     

 CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  4.  Case FIR No. 112/16 dated 20/07/2016 U/S 147,148,149,452,323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/O Sh.  Bangali Ram R/O Vill. Masog PO and Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/07/2016 at about 9.30 PM 12 persons namely Mukesh Kumar, Halku, Rakesh Kumar, Kishan Lal,Sonu Kumar, Sunny, Virbhadar, Raja, Shera, Sita Dev, Shakuntla Devi and Kamla Devi all are resident of VPO Chachiot came in his home and beat up his younger brother Tek Chand and also threatened to his family. ASI  Surinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5.  Accused Fafiq Mohmad was arrested on 13.07.2016 and under judicial remand from 14.07.2016 to till date. Juvenile Altaf Akhtar S/o Mohad Akhtar, Juvenile Mohmad Soab S/o Haseen Ahmad, Juvenile Sahil Khan S/o Mohmad Rafi, Mohmad Sohal S/o Sadiq Mohmad all are resident of Dugrain have been arrested in the  presence of their parents and being produced before Ld. PMJJB on 21.07.2016. Accused Ishaq Mohmad S/o Rafiq Mohmad, Ashfaq Mohmad S/o Parvej mohmad both resident of village Dugrain have been arrested on 20.07.2016 and accused Taib Mohmad S/o Ramzan Mohmad, Mobin Mohmad S/o Mazid Hussain both resident of Dugrain have been arrested on 21.07.2016. All accused are being produced before Ld. Court on 21.07.2016.
  1. Further, it is intimated that parents &   relatives of deceased Joginder Pal and villagers of Lower Behli protested on 20.07.2016 & 21.07.2016 at Dhanotu Chowk and stopped NH for two/three hours. The undersigned, DC Mandi, ADM Mandi, ASP Mandi, SDM Sunder Nagar and SDPO Sunder Nagar immediately rushed to the spot and sufficient force was deployed to control the situation. The protesters had following demands:-

  1. Transfer of SHO PS BSL Colony Sunder Nagar. In this context, SHO PS BSL  Colony has been transferred to PL Mandi on 21.07.2016.

  2. Investigation of case be conducted by higher officer. On this context, case has been entrusted to Sh. Arjit Sen Thakur, IPS/ASP Mandi for further investigation.

  3. Inquiry of SMO be Conducted. In this context, DC Mandi has ordered a magisterial inquiry which will be conducted by ADM Mandi.

  4. Government job to family member on compassionate ground. In this context, DC Mandi has assured that matter will be taken up with Government of HP.

Now, NH has gone through and protest & demonstration is over. Overall situation is peaceful. The investigation of this case is being conducted on priority in just and fair manner.

CHALLANS

6.  202  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 25,600/-   was  recovered  and  19 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1900/-   was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
