CASE OF KIDNAPPING
1 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 30/06/16 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of a person R/O Seri PO Thachi Sub-Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) that his daughter is missing since 30/06/16 and he suspect that Bhola Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Kotla Tehsil Banjar District Kullu (HP) kidnapped his daughter . ASI Mohar Singh I/C of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT2 Case FIR No. 174/16 dated 1/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Lal Chand S/O Late.Sh. Achhar Singh Sharma VPO Chimanuh Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 30/06/16 at about 10 PM he was coming from Bhimakali Temple side towards Bhiuli and when he reached near Jalpa Mata Temple, in the mean time a Car (HP31A-1304) came rashly and negligently and hit a Scooter (HP33-6286) as a result rider of said scooter namely Om Parkash S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Bhiuli District Mandi (HP) sustained injuries. HC Bhagat Ram I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT3 Case FIR No. 171/16 dated 01/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Balak Ram R/O Bah PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 30/06/16 at about 11 PM Sunny & Rahual resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 01/07/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bhrol that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 6 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Shiv Pal S/O Sh. Prabhdyal R/O Sanda PO Uttpoor Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C of PP Lad-Bhrol is investigating the case.
CHALLAN389 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 52,600/- was recovered and 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/-was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
