CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 109/16 dated  17/07/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Mahinder Sintgh  S/O Sh.  Naginder Singh  R/O  Chaugan Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that  on  17/07/16  he  was present at Jasan alongwith  his  vehicle , in the mean time  a truck (HP32B-9293) which was driven by  Ashok  Kumar  Soni  S/O Sh. Neter  Singh  R/O Janjehli  Tehsil  Thuang  District Mandi (HP), came rashly and negligently  from  Chailchowk side  and  fell down  100 feet downward from the road  and   six occupants  were boarded on said truck  sustained  injuries,  in which   two persons namely Devi  Singh S/O Sh. Tullu  Ram R/O  Janjehli Tehsil  Thuang  District Mandi (HP) &  Kuldeep S/O Sh. Shyamu  Ram  R/O  Bayod PO  Janjehli Tehsil Thuang  District Mandi (HP)  died  during   treatment at Zonal  Hospital  Mandi   and  remaining  4 occupants  are  under  treatment.  ASI   Om Parkash I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2          Case FIR No. 110/16 dated  17/07/16  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by ASI  Roop  Singh  that on 17/07/16  he  was  on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Jasan and during the  course of patrolling he  found that  a JCB  manchine  was  parked on the road  by  Contractor  Pal  S/O Sh. Chhaju Ram  R/O House No. 78/12 Mandi P.O. Mandi  District Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the   general  public as well as traffic .  ASI  Roop Singh  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3          Case FIR No.  181/16 dated 17/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the  complaint of  Smt. Kala Devi  W/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O  Bhawana PO  Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/16  she was  going to  Jarol alongwith  her son namely  Dharam Singh  and Sanjay  Kumar, in the mean time  Gian Chand  came  alongwith his wife, obstructed  their way and  beat  them up and  also threatened them with dire  consequences.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 4         Case FIR No.  182/16  dated  17/07/16  U/S  341,  323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been  registered in  P.S.  Sundernagar on the complant of Sh.  Gyan Chand  S/O Sh. Munsi Ram  R/O   Bhawana PO  Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/16  he was  working their  new  constructed home at  Bhawana, in the mean time  Dharam Singh  &  Sanjay  Kumar   both are S/O  Beliya Ram came there  and  obstructed  him  and beat  him up and  he sustained injuries and they also  threatened  him with dire consequence. ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  NEGLIGENT ACT LIKELY TO SPREAD INFECTION OF DISEASE DANGEROUS TO LIFE  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

5          Case FIR No. 193/16 dated  17/07/16 U/S  269, 336, 304(A), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp. Sanjeev  Sood  SHO of P.S.  Balh that    an  Annual Training  camp was being conducted  at Govt.  Sr. Sec. School Rewalsar   with  the  schedule (11/07/16 to  20/07/16). During  the   camp  organizers  were  giving  polluted  food  & water   to  children as result  one girl   namely  Kamna Devi  D/O  Sh. Balbir Singh  R/O  Sai PO  Saigaloo Tehsil Kotli  District Mandi (HP)  aged  15 years old  died  during the  treatment at Zonal  Hospital  Mandi  and  other  students  has admitted  at CHC Ratti &  zonal  Hospital  Mandi (HP)  for treatment .  ASI Bodh Raj   Incharge  PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

6            Case   FIR No.  61/16 dated  18/07/16 U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Swami Ram S/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O  Kadwahan PO  Padhwahan Tehsil Padhar District  Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/16  his brother namely Tek Chand  obstructed his way and  beat him up and  he sustained injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 867  I.O. of P.S.  Padhar is investigating the case.

7          Case FIR  No. 62/16 dated 18/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 506  IPC has  been registered in P.S. Padhar on  the complaint of Sh. Narayan Singh  S/O Sh. Iswar Dass R/O  Kutahar-Riyagari PO  Kamand  Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/16  he was  going to  his home  Kutahar, in the mean time  Jai Singh  obstructed his way and  also threatened him with dire consequences. HC  Rajinder Kumar No. 511 I.O. of P.P. Kamand is investigating the case.

8          Case  FIR No. 214/16 dated  18/07/16  U/S  341,  323, 325 , 506  IPC has been  registered in P.S.    Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh.  Chhanga Ram S/O Sh. Bhagtu Ram  R/O  Sahadara PO Narola Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that  on 17/07/16  Shankar Dass  resident of  the same locality  obstructed his way  and beat him up  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC Rajinder Kumara No. 511   I.O. of  P.P. Kamand is investigating the case.

9          Case FIR No. 100/16 dated 17/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Gyani Devi W/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Balidhi PO  Pangna Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/16  Sangita  Devi W/O Sh. Tej Ram came  alongwith  Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Manohar  Lal  &  another  lady all the resident of same locality,  obstructed her way  and beat her up  and they also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI  Amar  Singh  I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

10     165  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.19,800 /- was recovered and 34  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3400/-was during last 24 hours.
