CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND MISCHIEF

1          Case FIR No. 80/16 dated  16/07/16 U/S  279, 337 , 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat   Ram  VPO  Nagwain Sub-Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/16  at about  2:30  AM when he  was sleeping in his home, he heard the loud   sound  and he  awake at once and   came  out from his home and   saw that  a  tanker (JK12-2372)   was   collided  with  his   house , which was   driven by  Gehru Ram S/O Sh. Madan Lal  R/O House  No.  35  Jaswa (J&K) as result  driver of said tanker  sustained injuries . This incident  occurred   due to rash and negligent  driving  by   driver of said  tanker  . HC   Anil  Kumar  No. 33 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

 

2          Case FIR No.  180/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Chain Singh  R/O  Namoh PO  Baroti  Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on  15/07/16  Meena Devi &  Ganga Devi both  are the  resident of same locality, obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained  injuries.  HC  Prabhakar Ram  Sharma No. 872  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 189/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S  341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Narender  S/O  Late.Sh. Kanku VPO Kotli   Tehsil  Kotlli  District Mandi (HP) that  today  Prakash Chand  S/O Sh. Kishan  VPO  Kotli  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he  also threatened him with dire consequences.  HC  Amrit Lal  I.O. of PP Kotli  is  investigating the case.

CASE OF  OFFENCE AGAINST  PUBLIC SERVANT  AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 190/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 353, 332 , 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand R/O  Banerka PO  Kotli  District  Mandi (HP)  that he works as a  plant operator at HP Milk   Fed. Kotli  and today at about  9AM  when he was on his duty , in the mean time Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Kanku Ram resident of same locality came there and  beat him up and he sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ashok   Kumar  I/C of PP  Kotli is investigating  the  case.

 

CHALLANS

5        217  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,900/- was recovered and 15 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 6 challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
