CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 24/07/16 U/S  341,  323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh Khem Singh  S/O Sh. Chand  Ram  S/C Ropa P.O.  Nandi Tehsil Chachiot  District  Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/16  he was present  at Chudara, in the mean time  Bhag Chand  came alongwith with his wife  &   son  Raj Kumar   and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained  injuries.  ASI  Surinder Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS  AND MISCHIEF

2          Case FIR No. 190/16  dated  24/07/16 U/S 447, 427, 34 IPC has   been  registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suvikram Singh  S/O Sh. Ajit  Singh  R/O   Khanokhari PO  Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/16   Roop  Singh  S/O Sh. Devi Dass  & Dama  Devi  W/O Ravi  Kumar  entered in his land and  damaged  the  boundary  wall.  ASI  Krishan Lal  I/O of  P.S. Sundernagar is  investigating the case.  

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND  HURT

3          Case FIR No. 124/16 dated 25/07/16 U/S 451, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Kulvir Singh  S/O Sh. Lekh Ram   VPO  Pantehra Tehsil  Ghumarvi District  Bilaspur presently  working as a salesman  at wine shop  Machyal Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that  on  24/07/16  he  along with  Desh Raj  were present at  Wineshop   at Machyal  in the  mean time two un- known  persons entered in  his  wine shop and  beat them  up  and they  sustained injuries.  HC Rakesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Bassi  is investigating  the case.

4          Case FIR No. 125/16 dated 25/07/16 U/S  342,  323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Jogindernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. Munish  Chand  S/O Sh. Dharam Chand R/O  Chalahrag Tehsil Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP)  that  24/07/16  he was  going to  Wineshop  at Machyal, in the mean time  salesman of  said shop  namely  Desh Raj   & Kulvinder  obstructed  his  way and  beat him up and  also  locked him in  his   Wineshop and  he sustained injuries .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case  FIR No. 198/16 dated  24/07/16 U/S  279, 337 IPC  &   U/S 187  MV Act has been  registered  in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Hem Raj S/O  Late. Sh.  Tata Chand  R/O  Bagla PO  Badsu Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/16  that  he  was   going to   his home  and when  he  reached near  Bagla, in the mean time  a Jeep(HP63A- 3215)  cam rashly  and hit  him and  sped  away  from the spot .  ASI  Rajender  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

     6.   171   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 32,400/ - was recovered and 26  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600   /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
