CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 83/16 dated 11/07/16 U/S   279, 337 IPC has  been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  on the  complaint of  Amit   Chaudhary  S/O Sh. Satyapal Chaudhary  R/O  Mahadev  Tehsil Sundernagar Distict  Mandi (HP) that  on 11/07/16  at about 8:30 PM  he was  coming back to home   after purchasing the  domestic articles  from Puran Bazar  and when he reached  behind the Sheetla Gas Agency , in the mean time   a  scooter rider (PB-10BJ-9698)  which was ridden by Ramesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Tulshi Ram R/O   Bharjanu District Mandi (HP) , came rashly and negligently and  lost the control on the   scooter and fell down   on the road  as result  said rider sustained injuries.  HC  Vinod  Kumar  No. 18  I.O. of P.S. BSL  Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 99/16 dated 11/07/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC &  U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mani Chand S/O Sh. Inder Dev  R/O  Sanedh PO  Kunnu Tehsil  Karsog District Mandi (HP)   that on 11/07/16  he was  going to his  home  and  when reached near  Mumel, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle rider (HP30-3803)  came rashly and negligently  from  Kao side and   hit   him and sped  away from the spot and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF  SUICIDE

3          Case FIR No. 121/16 dated  11/07/16 U/S  306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chhantaku Ram  S/O Sh. Chuhu Ram  Chaudhary  R/O  Kohra PO  Sainthal Tehsil Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP) that   on 11/07/16   he received the information that  his daughter  namely  Damodari  Devi  committed the suicide  due to regular harassment of  her  husband namely  Sanju & father-in-law  Bahadur  Singh    R/O  Patti  PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) .  ASI   Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP  Bassi is  investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 178/16  dated  11/07/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar by  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar  that on 11/07/16  he  was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at   Behna   and during the course of patrolling he recovered  1875  ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Lekh  Ram R/O  Behna Tehsil  Sundernagar  District  Mandi (HP).  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of  PP Dehar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING  WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5          Case FIR No. 187/16 dated 11/07/16 U/S  341, 323 , 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  on the complaint of  Smt. Prem Lata W/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O  Rani-Ki-Bai  PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) that on 11/07/16   her   nephew   namely  Raman  Sharma  obstructed her  way and  beat her up and she sustained injuries.  HC Ram Singh  No. 66  I.O. of P.S. Sadar  is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 284   Vehicles were  challenged  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 34,400/- was recovered  and  33 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 3400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
