CASE OF CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1.     Case FIR NO. 218/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 451,341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Meena Kumari W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Vill. Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/07/2016 Kartar Singh and Sandhya Devi entered in her courtyard and beat up her and her husband. HC Prem Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 219/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sandhya Devi W/O Sh. Kartar Singh R/O Vill. Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/07/2016 Meena Devi and Kiran Bala entered in her courtyard and they both beat up her and her husband. ASI Kamlesh Singh I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 82/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut that on 22/07/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jhiri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 21 bottles of English Wine and 12 bottles of bear from the possession of Kanihya Lal S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Jhiri PO Nagwain Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING, RAPE AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 194/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 363,376,506 IPC & U/S 4 of POCSO Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a girl resident of Darang presently residing Jail Road Mandi that on 21/07/2016 she was coming back from market and on the way Vikrant Bhan  S/O Sh. Panna Lal R/O Dodua PO Kapahi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi came by car and he pulled her forcibly in his car and brought her to his home where he raped her repeatedly. SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case. Accused has been arrested and he is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.     Case FIR No. 193/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 279,337,338 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rama Saran S/O Sh. Hani Ram R/O Vill. Thanaut PO Sehali Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/07/2016 he was present at Ghokra, in the mean time a car (HP34A-4771) came very rashly from Thannaur side and hit three persons namely  Mr. Sahil S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Vill. Thannaut PO Sehli Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi aged 7 years , Smt. Himri Devi and her daughter  Miss Isha Devi R/O Vill. Thannaut PO Sehli Distt. Mandi and they all sustained injuries and Mr. Sahil succumbed to his injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE

6.     Case FIR No. 197/16 dated 23/07/2016 U/S 498A,306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Pauda Kothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that her daughter Nisha Devi was married with Thakur Dass S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Pipli PO Troh Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) about one and half years ago and Thakur Dass beating and torturing her daughter since last 3-4 months as he was doubting on the character of her daughter and due to his torture her daughter Smt. Nirmla Devi  committed suicide. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case who examined the  spot properly,  post mortem of the body of the deceased Smt. Nisha Devi was conducted at ZH Mandi and body was handed over to her parents. Accused Thakur Das was arrested  and produced before Ld. Court Mandi who awarded  4 days police remand.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No. 67/16 dated 22/07/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Vill. Upper Bairi PO Kothuwan Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/07/2016 Dwarku Devi W/O Sh. Shaju Ram,  Damodari Devi W/O Sh. Parshotam Ram, Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Parshotam Ram, Parshotam Ram S/O Sh. Sh. Sauju Ram obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

8.      209  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of  Rs. 33,600/-   was  recovered  and  16 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1600/-   was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
