CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR  No.115/16  dated 25/07/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  Insp. Chand  Kishore SHO of P.S.  Gohar  that    on  25/07/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at  Kanda and  during the  patrolling he recovered  24 bottles of  English  Wine  from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh Maghu Ram VPO Parwara Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi(HP) .  Insp. Chand  Kishore SHO of  P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

2        On  24/07/16  telephonic  information received  from  P.P. Tanda that  a lady  namely  Rakhi  W/O Sh. Jai  Parkash R/O  Markhan PO  Jhatingari Tehsil  Padhar  District Mandi (HP)  aged  about  25 years old    referred    from   CH Jogindernagar to  RPGMC Tanda for treatment  declared brought dead by  MO  RPGMC  Tanda . On this  information  ASI  Ramesh Kumar  I.O of P.S. Padhar rushed to RPGMC  Tanda  and carried  out the proceeding of  174  Cr.pc   and postmortem of  deceased   was  also conducted by  M.O.  of   RPGMC Tanda  and  thereafter  dead body  of  said deceased  was handed over to her  relatives.  

 

CHALLAN

1.  206  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,900/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/-was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
