CRIME REPORT 10 JULY

         

CASE OF EXCISE ACT 

                             

1          Case  FIR No.  54/16 dated  09/07/16  U/S  39  of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Padhar by  ASI  Ram Lal   Incharge Special  Cell  Mandi  that   he was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Mathanuel and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  55  Bottles of Country  Liquor (41,250 ML )  & 12  Bottles of  Beer (7800 ML)  &  18  Half  Bottles  of  English Wine (6750) ML    of  from the possession of  Parma Ram S/O Late. Sh.  Lalu   Ram  R/O  Mathaneual PO   Tandu Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Ram  Lal   Incharge  Special  Cell  Mandi  is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

2          Case FIR No.  210/16 dated  09/07/16   U/S  354(A), 354(B), 354(D) , 504, 506 , 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  a Lady  R/O  Rasawan PO  Surjpur wari  Tehsil Sarkaghat  Distict Mandi (HP) that   today at  about  6 AM when she was  filling the water  from the tap, in the mean time    two persons namely  Gabber Singh  & Amar  Singh both are the resident of same  locality   came there and    tried to  outrage her  modesty,  used obscene  language  against her    and    her sister-in-law  Lalita  Devi and  they also  threatened  them  with dire consequences. ASI  Trilok Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case .

CASE OF MOLESTATION

3          Case FIR No. 177/16 dated  10/07/16 u/S  354, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of   a  Lady R/O  House No. 76/08  Ambedkarnagar P.O. Bhojpur Tehsil  Sunderangar  District  Mandi (HP)  that on  09/07/16   two unknown persons  outrage  her modesty.  ASI  Sharwan Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

4          Case FIR No.  185/16 dated 10/07/16  U/S  448  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sarwan  Singh  S/O Sh.  Mohan Singh  R/O House No.  193/12 Ram  Nagar  Mandi (HP)  he is running a  electrical shop  at  Mandi   and today  owner  of  his shop  namely  Vishwa  Rathore  entered in his shop and threw the articles  outside  from  his  shop . ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City is  investigating the case.

  5       314  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 35,800  /- was recovered and 28   Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2900 /- was recovered and  1 challan  was issued under Mining  Act and fine of Rs.7100 /-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
