CRIME REPORT 02 JULY

                                                          

CASE OF   PUBLIC SAFETY

1          Case FIR  No. 175/16 dated 01/07/16 U/S 283   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by   HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh that  on 01/07/16  he was  on patrolling along with other police officials at BBMB   WorkShop NH-21  and during the course of patrolling he  found  that  a   Rehari  was  laid on the road  by  Ajmer Ali  S/O Sh. Ramjan Village Lachmanpur District  Wahraich(UP)  and   presently residing  C/O  Devi Singh  R/O Pandoh  which was causing  obstruction to the general  public  as well as traffic.  HC  Jagdish  Chand  No. 36  I.O. of  PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

2          Case FIR No. 181/16 dated  01/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh  Sharma S/O Sh.  Devender Sharma R/O  Haripur Badoh PO  Chatrokhri Tehsil Sundernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  on 01/07/16  he    alongwith  Girish  Bhardwaj  were  coming   back  by his  Motor Cycle (HP31-3126)  and when  they reached near Dadour  he stopped  his M/Cycle due to traffic  jam and    in the mean time  a  Tempo Traveller (HP31C-4595)  came   from behind   and  stopped. After some a   Scorpio (HP58A-0011)  which was  driven by Ravinder Chaudhary S/O Sh. Dumnu Ram Vill Chhater PO Jagahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) came rashly and  negligently     behind  and hit to  said  tempo traveler as  a  result  said  traveler  hit  his   Motor Cycle  and    he alongwith  pillion  rider sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajinder  Singh  I.O. of P.S.   Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDER DULY PROMULGATED BY PUBLIC SERVANT

3          Case FIR No.  182/16 dated 01/07/16 U/S 188  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the  complaint of Sh.  Mingchung Dorje S/O Sh. Late Sh. Ta Tashi, R/O  VPO  Rewalsar  Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP)  that  Mahender Kumar  disobeyed  the  order  passed  by  Hon'ble    High Court  regarding  stay  order  of disputed  land between  complainant &    said Mahinder Kumar at  Rewalsar.  ASI Bodh Raj I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 196/16 dated  01/07/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat by   SI Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP Hatli  that on 01/07/16   he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Sanaru and  during the course of patrolling he  recovered  4 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Basant Singh  S/O Sh. Rawalu Ram  R/O  Sanru PO  Bhambla Tehsil  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) .   SI  Ashwani Kumar  I/C of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE  UNDER JUVENILE JUSTICE  ACT AND HURT

5          Case FIR No. 172/16 dated 01/07/16 U/S  23 of  Juvenile Justice Act &  U/S  323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sunderangar on the complaint  of  Titu   Ram  S/O  Late. Sh.  Manu  Ram  R/O  Kot  PO  Seri  Kothi  Tehsil  Sundernagar   that on 19/06/16  his  son was suffering  from fever   and his  Nursery Teacher  beat him up  with the key of   Godrej  Almirah  and   his  child sustained injuries.   SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION   AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case  FIR No. 119/16 dated  01/07/16  U/S  403, 404, 405, 406, 503, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Rajni  Devi W/O Sh. Desh Raj  R/O  Bhatehar PO  Sainthal Tehsil Joginderngar  District Mandi (HP)  that she possessed a  shift car which is being used for commercial usages as Taxi and for the purpose she appointed    Vijay Kumar  S/O  Sh. Om Prakash R/O vill. Dhanetar PO  Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar District  Mandi (HP) as driver with her above mentioned car and said driver Vijay Kumar has kept the all documents of her above mentioned Taxi with him and he is using her said  commercial vehicle for his personal use and he is neither returning the vehicle and nor its documents. When  she asked him  about the documents and returning said car back to her then he threatened to her  with dire consequences.   SI  Kuldeep  Kumar  I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

  CHALLANS

  1.  365  Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 60,800/- was recovered and 31  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3100/- was recovered and 06 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
