CRIME REPORT 13 JULY

                                              

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 212/16 dated  12/07/16 U/S  39  of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  ASI  Kamlesh  I.O. of PP Hatli that  he was on patrolling alongwith  other police officials  at  during the  course of patrolling he  recovered  6 Bottles of  English  Wine  & 2 Bottles of   Country Liquor  from the possession of  Raj Kumar  S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O  Barnal Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP). ASI  Kamlesh  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case   FIR No.  211/16 dated 12/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Yashin Mohd. S/O Sh. Mohmad R/O  Jhanjhel PO  Ropry  Tehsil  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that  on 12/07/16  at  about  10:30  AM  he was  coming  towards Rewalsar  from  Dharampur side by  his Motor Cycle (CH01BC-5093)  and when reached  Barchhwar, in the mean time   another Motor Cycle (HP86-0872)  came rashly  and  negligently from  Tatahar  side and  hit  his Motor Cycle and  he sustained injuries.  ASI  Naresh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No.  213/16 dated  12/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh.  Pushap  Raj S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O  Dhar PO  Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that on 12/07/16  he was coming  towards  Mandi  from Hamirpur side  and  when reached near  Masyani , in the mean  time  he found that a     Jeep (HP65-5320)  was   rolled  down on   the   road , which was driven by   driver  Gopal  Singh S/O Sh. Dalip Singh  R/O  Hawani PO  Rewalsar Tehsil Balh  Distrit Mandi (HP)  with rashly and negligently and   19   occupants  who were boarded on  said  Jeep   sustained injuries.  ASI  Kamlesh    I.O. of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  1.   207  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.   16,100/- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 700/-was  recovered  and 5 challan was  issued under  Mining Act  and  fine of  Rs. 8100/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
