MARRYING AGAIN DURING LIFETIME OF HUSBAND OR WIFE, CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES, CHEATING & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 59/16 dated 14/07/16 U/S 494, 498(A), 420, 503, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Anjana Sharma W/O Sh. Ashok Sharma R/O Alhilal PO Taragarh Tehsil Baijnath Distrct Kangra (HP) received through Ld Court JMIC-1 Jogindernagar U/S 156(3) Cr.P.C. that she is serving as a Telecom operator at Army Telephone Exchange and married with Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Hukkam Chand VPO Gawali Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) during the year 1984 and she has two children with their wedlock . She and her husband both are Govt. servant and constructed a house a Gawali . But her husband Ashok Kumar is an alcoholic addict person and always remains influence of alcohol and oftenly beat her up. He has also solemnized second marriage with Goldi Devi D/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Jhalwan Tehsil Jogindernagar Distict Mandi with out the consent of complainant . However complainant is first legally wedded wife and they also threatened her with dire consequences. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 60/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Daleep Kumar S/O Sh. Devi Singh R/O Ropi PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/16 he alongwith Ram were going to Mandi by Vehicle( HP76-0257) and when they reached near Tandu, in the mean time a Car( HP58-8907) which was driven by Jeevan Kumar S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram R/O Kankari PO Dhidhbi Tikkar ( Hamirpur) came rashly & Negligently from Mandi side and hit his above vehicle and also hit a women namely Smt. Nuppi Devi W/O Sh. Keshav Ram & her Grand son namely Naresh Kumar who were walking alongside the road and they both sustained injuries. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
3 Case FIR No. 79/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Daya Ram S/O Sh. Sonu Ram R/O Dogli PO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/16 he was going to Sundernagar by Truck (HP31B-5735) and when reached near Duwda, in the mean time a Jeep(HP 32B-2382) which was driven by Lal Man S/O Sh. Moti Ram R/O Ghurata P.O. Gohar District Mandi (HP), came rashly from Mandi side and and struck with his truck as a result driver of said Jeep along with another occupant Tulsi Dass sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 180/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Reena Devi W/O Sh. Chayan Singh R/O Namol PO Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/16 Meena Devi resident of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Prabhakar Ram Sharma No. 872 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 179/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by Constable Hari Parkash No. 342 P.S. Sundernagar that on 14/07/16 at about 9 PM a Scooty (HP31B-1922) came rashly and negligently from Lalit Chowk side and met with an accident and rider of said scooty sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 191/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Diwan Chand S/O Sh. Purshottam Ram R/O Ner Chowk Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/16 he parked his car near Shri Marbal industry at Nerchowk , in the mean time a truck(HP69-3125) came rashly and hit two vehicles along with his Car. SI Ram Krishan I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 84/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Lachhi Ram R/O Kharena PO Nihari District Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/16 Anant Ram S/O Sh. Himtu Ram R/O Timru resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Pushap Dev I/C of PP Nihari is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
8 Case FIR No. 85/16 dated 15/07/16 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Miss Harshita Sharma D/O Sh. Rajinder Pal R/O Nehara PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distrtict Mandi (HP) that on 12/07/16 the pet dog of Baser Ram S/O Sh. Chuhru Ram R/O Nehra PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) bit her . HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 Distict Mandi (HP) is investigating the case.
9 Case FIR No. 122/16 dated 14/07/16 U/S 353, 332, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Archana Devi W/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O Jamthala PO Lad-Bharol Distict Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/16 she had came to duty at integrated child development centre, Jamthala from Chobin Baijnath and at about 10:30 AM when she started to teach the children, in the mean time her husband namely Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Kali Dass came there and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram No. 875 I.O. of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
215 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 29,800/- was recovered, 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/-was recovered and 3 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
