CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 02/07/2016 U/S  39 of H.P. Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by  ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog that  on 02/07/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during patrolling he recovered 2250 ML country liquor from the possession of  Uday Kumar S/O Sh.Het Ram R/O Village Mamel PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Jhabe Ram I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 173/16 dated 02/07/2016 U/S 447,427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Vill. Sai PO Jugahan Tehsil Sunderngar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Mitter Dev, Jeet Ram and  Maghu Ram damaged public  footpath which was constructed under MANREGA Scheme. HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 199/16 dated 02/07/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of CIA Staff that on 02/07/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Paunta, in the mean time he recovered 168 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Bansi Lal R/O Vill. Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ram Lal I.O. of CIA Staff is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 200/16 dated 02/07/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by Inspr. Surender Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that on 02/07/2016 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Paunta and during patrolling he recovered 8 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Rattan Chand S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Vill. Kharsal Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP). Inspr. Surender Singh Incharge CIA Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 198/16 dated 02/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Pratap Singh S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Barchhwar PO Surajpurwari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/02/2016 he was standing at  Tatahar near road side, in the mean time a scooter (HP28-2220) came from Naubahi side very rashly which was ridden by Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Pratap Chand R/O Vill. Batoh PO Maseran  hit him and he fell down on the road. SI Karneet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 200 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 58,300/-  was recovered,  4 Challans were issued under COTPA   and fine of Rs.  400 was recovered  during last 24 hours.
