CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

            Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 07/07/2016 U/S 279,338 IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Hem Chand S/O Sh. Tula Ram R/O Dhapuhan PO Kunnu Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/07/2016 he was going from Karsog to  his home by M/Cycle (HP30-2586) which was ridden by Ramesh Kumar and when they reached near Bagshalana, in the mean time a car came from Kao side and hit their M/Cycle and driver of said car sped away from the spot. ASI Jhabe Ram, I.O. of P.S.Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 CASE UNDER ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES ACT

            Case FIR No. 206/16 dated 07/07/2016 U/S 23,7 of Essential Commodities Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Ashwani Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli that at about 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhambhla and during patrolling he found that a person namely Ashok Kumar S/O Sh. Lekh Raj R/O Vill. Sulpur Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  aged 28 years old selling patrol and diesel in his shop illegally. On this said case has been registered and further investigation is being carried out by SI AShwani Kumar incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

            Case FIR No. 183/16 dated 08/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Singh S/O Sh. Ganga Prasad R/O Narvada Enclave Flat No. 2C 2^nd Floor Near Patrol Pump 6 Miles Kamrup, Guhati (ASSAM) that on 07/07/2016 he along with his family coming from Chandigarh to Manali by a taxi (PB01A-8881) and when they reached near Bradhivir, driver Sukhvinder Singh S/O Sh. Arjun Singh R/O VPO Avayana Tehsil Shri Anadpur Sahib Distt. Ropar lost control over above vehicle and fel down about 50 feet downward. In  this incident he along with  his wife Smt. Champa Kalitha sustained injuries. ASI Kishori Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

            Case FIR No. 184/16 dated 08/07/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Besar Ram S/O Sh. Rama Nand Vill. Chadyana PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/07/2016 he was at Sauli Khud driver of Auto (HP05-0847) obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

243  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.45,200/-   was recovered,  31 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.3100/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
