CASE OF MOLESTATION

1          Case FIR No.  107/16 dated 31/07/16  U/S  31/07/16 U/S  354D, 323 IPC has been registered in   P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of a   girl   R/O  Shil PO  Teban Tehsil  Karsog  District  Mandi (HP)  presently residing at  Jagoti PO Karsog  District Mandi (HP)  that  she is studing  at  college  Karsog and  Amar  Chand  S/O Sh. Sharan Dass     R/O  Jagoti  stalking her regularly. On  24/07/16  she  alongwith  her sister were present at  her  rented home, in the mean time  said  Amar Chand    came there and beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES  AND SUICIDE

 

²              Case FIR No. 116/16 dated  30/07/16 U/S  498(A), 306, 34  IPC has been registered   in P.S.  Gohar on the   complaint of Sh.  Mohan  Lal  S/O Sh. Brij Lal  VPO  Moviseri Tehsil  Chachiot District Mandi (HP)  that  his  daughter  namely  Yashoda  Devi   was   married  with Narender Kumar  S/O Sh. Jaiwinder R/O Vill. sandoa P.O Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi  (HP)  five year ago.  But  after   some time of   marriage   his  son-in-law Narender Kumar  and his mother  and  father    started to haras  his  daughter   physically and mentally by demanding  dowry .  On  30/07/16  his daughter  committed the  suicide by  hanging  due to regular harassment of  her family members.   Accused have been arrested  and  further  investigation is being  carried  out by   Insp. Chand Kishore  SHO of P.S. Gohar.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3              Case FIR No. 201/16 dated 30/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh  on the complaint of  Sh. Rajesh  Kumar S/O Sh.Khem Kumar  R/O  Sidhyani Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 30/07/16  he was present in his shop at Sidhyani, a Truck (JK02AG-9609)   which was  coming  from  Kalkhar  side & another tanker  which was  coming   from  opposite side and overtake  , in the mean  time  land sunk down and    said  Truck(JK02AG-9609)  which was driven by  Gurdev Singh  S/O Sh.  Man Singh  R/O  229 Sec. B Sainik  Colony   Jammu    fell   down  at about 30 feet downward  from the road and    said driver alongwith two persons  who were  boarded on said truck sustained injuries.  HC  Sanjeev  Kumar  No. 58  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

1       Case FIR No. 193/16 dated 29/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh.  Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Sambhu Ram  R/O   Vil Bera PO  Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)   that on 29/07/16   he alongwith  his friend were present at  Bus Stand Sundernagar, in the mean time  Vishal came  along with   unknown person  and  obstructed his  way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. 2          Case FIR No. 194/16 dated 30/07/16 U/S  452, 323, 34  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sunderngar on the complaint of Sh. Gyan Chand S/O Sh. Dumnu Ram R/O Sehli Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/16 Kaku S/O Sh. Jitu R/O  Bobar  came alongwith his  friends  and entered in his room  and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

3         Case FIR No. 201/16 dated 29/07/16  U/S  39 of HP  Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Anand  Kishore  that   on  29/07/16   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials  at  Kipad (Majhwar) and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Bottles  of Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Puran Chand  S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O  Kipad PO  Majhwar Tehsil Sadar  District  Mandi (HP). ASI  Hem Raj I/C of PP  Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4         Case FIR No. 202/16 dated 29/07/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by   ASI  Hem Raj  I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 29/07/16 he  was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials  at  Majhwar  and during the course of  patrolling he  recovered   5000 ML  illicit  liquor from the possession of  Jiva Dass S/O Sh. Chand R/O  Kipad, PO  Majhwar Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) . ASI  Hem Raj  I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

5          Case FIR No. 203/16 dadtaed  30/07/16  U/S 504, 506, 500  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Advocate  Sh. Dinesh Saklani S/O Sh.  Mohan Singh   House No. 370 /12  Ramnagar  Mandi  that  Munish  Kumar  abused  him and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP City Mandi  is investigating the case.

1          Case FIR No. 221/16 dated 28/07/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC and  U/S 3(1)(V)  & 3(1)(X)  of   SC/ST( Prevention  of  Atrocities )  Act has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of  a lady resident of village  Lohakar PO  Thauna  Tehsil Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP)  received through  Ld- JMIC, Court No. 2 Sarkaghat   that on  25/07/16 she was going  to cutting the grass from her  land , in the mean time  Beasa, Sonia , Kunta and Aysha  all are  resident of same locality  came there and obstructed her  way, beat her up and also abused her by caste  and threatened her with dire consequences.  Sh. Madan Dhiman, HPS , SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3          Case FIR No.  84/16 dated 28/07/16 U/S  353, 332, 34 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Aut  on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Singh  S/O Sh. Ram  Nath R/O  Sarsher PO Nagwain Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP)  at present  Patwari  Patwar   Circle  Naraingarh  Balichowki that on 28/07/16 he  alongwith  Kanoongo Sh.  Mohan Singh  &  Patwari  Vijmata Thakur  were gone for  demarcation of  land  at  Muhal Ukhali/ 665 and  during the demarcation  Gev Ram, Belu Ram, Het Ram  & Gumat Ram     came there and started   manhandling with him  and he sustained  injuries and thereafter    above all persons sped  away from the spot.  HC Durga Dass No. 408, I.O. of P.P.  Balichowki  is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  RASH AND NEGLIGENT  ACT  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NELIGENT ACT

4          Case FIR No.  85/16 dated  28/07/16 U/S  28/07/16 U/S  336, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Mahinder Pal  S/O Sh. Attar Singh  R/O  Gurudwara Road Kotwali Nagar Dahramsala (Kangra)  that   he came to know that  his son  namely  Karan Chauhan is  addict  of drugs and he  is admitted in  Nasha Mukti  Kendra Jhiri known as " Naya Savera". On 28/07/16  head of "Naya Savera namely  Sh. Rajeev  Sharma  informed him telephonically that his   son sped away  from  said  Nasha Mukti  Kendra and  jumped  into the Beas river and he is died. This incident occurred due to negligence of members of  said   Nasha Mukti Kendra  namely   Ramesh Kumar, Rahual & Vivek .  ASI  Hari  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

Jagdish Chand S/O Sh.  Budhi   Singh  R/O  Samkhetar PO  Drahal Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 28/07/16  he  was going to his home by  Motor Cycle( HP33D-1828)  and when he reached  near  Machhyal, in the  mean  time  Bina  Ram S/O Sh. Jeet Ram  R/O  Banru came  alongwith other unknown person  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Ashok  Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

6          Case FIR No. 200/16 dated  28/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in   P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Kumar Gupta S/O Sh. Gawanu Ram R/O  Ward No.1 Rewalsar that on 28/07/16  he  aongwith his mother  Leela Devi were  going  to   Post office  Rewalsar and when they   reached near  Hospital bridge , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle came rashly  and negligently and hit  his mother and  she sustained injuries.  HC  Sanjeev Kumar No. 58  I.O. of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

7          Case FIR No.  200/16 dated 29/07/16 U/S 457, 380  IPC has been registered in   P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagwant Singh  S/O Sh. Darshan Singh  R/O  House  No.  67/05 Palace  Colony  presently  owner  Rattan  Jewelers Indira Market  Mandi  that  during the intervening night of  28-29/07/16  some unknown culprits entered in his shop by making the hole  in rear wall  of his shop  and stole away about 4.KG 800 Gram  silver ornaments about 2 KG 40 Gram golden ornaments.  ASI Ram Lal  Incharge Police Post   City   Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 199/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal Incharge P.P. City Mandi that on 27/07/2016 he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Sukki Bain and during nakka he recovered 500 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Ramu R/O Sharan PO Nagar Tehsil Manali Distt. Kullu (HP) who was travelling by Kanika Bus Service (HP65B-0144). Accused has been arrested and further investigation  is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal incharge P.P .City Mandi

 CASE OF CHEATING

1. Case FIR No. 68/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the written complaint of Sh.Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Lal R/O Taryambla PO Laungani Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP) that he met with Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Harbans  Lal R/O H. No. 216 Dashmesh Nagar Ladoo-Ki-Chakki, Jalabad District Fajilka (PB) and he assured to him that he will provide him VISA to him  after completing all codal formalities   and send him to Canada and took sum of Rs. 4,60,000/- from him as advance payment on 20/11/2015 for the purpose and he also came to his home at Taryambla and took sum of Rs. 72,000/- in case and  now he is refusing to provide him Visa. 1. Case FIR No. 128/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 147,148,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogidernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hari Ram S/O Sh. Nuri Ram R/O Kunduni PO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kala Devi, and her  four daughters namely Sakina Devi, Rina Devi, Santoshi and Rukmini beat him up and he sustained injuries. CASE OF   OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT WHILE DISCHARGING LAWFUL DUTY AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 353,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Nar Singh Dutt Sharma R/O Vill.Mauil PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Kanoongo Bagsaid that on 27/07/2016  he was on duty at Tattapani where Balmukund Sharma S/O Sh. CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.                  Case FIR No.105/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 420,467,468,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O Vill. Kalehani  PO and Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sahil Verma intended himself as wholesale dealer of seeds and told to the complainant he will supply him all type of seeds and he took advance payment of Rs. 90,000/- from the complainant for the delivery of seeds and delivered fraud Principal Certificate. Second time he again demanded sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- from the complainant and complainant deposited sum of Rs. 90,600/- in his account but above accused person delivered only 12 bags of seeds and now he is threatening telephonically to the complainant and refused to supply him delivery of the seeds despite making payment of Rs. 1,80,600/- to the above accused person. 2.                  Case FIR No. 191/16 dated 26/07/2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a person resident of Tikdhar areas that his minor daughter aged 15 years old has been kidnapped by a lady resident of  Vill. 3.                  Case FIR No. 192/16 dated 26/07/2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yudhvir Singh S/O Sh. Khub Ram R/O Vill. Senthal PO Rajwari Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/07/2016 a scooty (HP31B-3070) came from Mandi side towards Sundernagar, in the mean time a truck (HP23B-4177) hit said scooty and all three occupants   of said scooty namely Smt. Kushum Sharma W/O Late Sh. Dinesh Bhardwaj R/O Puran Bazaar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi aged 47 years old and Mr.Vansh Sharma S/O Late Sh. Dinesh Bhardwaj R/O Purana Bazaar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 13 years old sustained injuries and  Miss Vanshika D/O Sh. Krishan Kumar R/O Purana Bazaar Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 7 years old    succumbed to her injuries at C.H. Sundernagar. ASI Balak Ram incharge Traffic Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND U/S 3 OF SC/ST (PRVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT

4.                  Case FIR No. 127/16 dated 27/07/2016 U/S 452,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of a person resident of Vill. Dhelu PO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today  Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Parma Ram, Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Parma Ram, Resha Devi W/O Sh. Parma and Saroj Kumaro W/O Sh. Subhash Chand all resident of the same locality entered in the courtyard of the complainant and beat him up along with his wife and nephew and they also abused them by caste publically. HC Chaman Lal No. 38 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

Jogindernagar on the complaint of a person resident of  Dhelu that today Bhawani Singh and  Mangu R/O Dhelu obstructed his way beat  him up along with his wife & mother and they also molestate to his wife. 1        Case FIR  No.115/16  dated 25/07/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  Insp. Chand  Kishore SHO of P.S.  Gohar  that    on  25/07/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at  Kanda and  during the  patrolling he recovered  24 bottles of  English  Wine  from the possession of Roshan Lal S/O Sh Maghu Ram VPO Parwara Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi(HP) .  Insp. Chand  Kishore SHO of  P.S. Gohar  is investigating the case.

PROCEEDING U/S 174 Cr.P.C

 

2        On  24/07/16  telephonic  information received  from  P.P. Tanda that  a lady  namely  Rakhi  W/O Sh. Jai  Parkash R/O  Markhan PO  Jhatingari Tehsil  Padhar  District Mandi (HP)  aged  about  25 years old    referred    from   CH Jogindernagar to  RPGMC Tanda for treatment  declared brought dead by  MO  RPGMC  Tanda . On this  information  ASI  Ramesh Kumar  I.O of P.S. Padhar rushed to RPGMC  Tanda  and carried  out the proceeding of  174  Cr.pc   and postmortem of  deceased   was  also conducted by  M.O.  of   RPGMC Tanda  and  thereafter  dead body  of  said deceased  was handed over to her  relatives.

1. Case FIR No. 83/16 dated 23/07/2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Parshotam Ram S/O Sh. Luder Mani R/O Tepar PO Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was present in the premises of Govt. High School Tepar where Dinesh Kumar, Bhupinder Kumar S/O Sh. Khube Ram R/O Tepar and Mukesh Kumar S/O Sh.Yadvinder R/O Tepar Sub Tehsil Aut obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDAITON

1. Case FIR No. 104/16 dated 24/07/2016 U/S 336,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Smt. Sita W/O Sh. Bhadur Singh R/O Vill. Sount PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that today she was present along with her daughter in her home, in the mean time Meena W/O Sh. Inder Dev and Gaytri came there and pelted stones on her and threatened to her.  HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that his minor daughter kidnapped by Kasir Ahamad S/O Sh. Yusaf R/O Vill. Tain Tehsil Nuh Distt.Mehwat  Haryana.    ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 189/16 dated 24/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Nihalag PO Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/2016 when he reached at Kandoo by a vehicle (HP)1M-0431), in the mean time a jeep (HR57-7263) came from Barmana side and hit his vehicle (HP01M-0431) due to rash and negligent driving by the driver  of above mentioned jeep.  CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 195/16 dated 23/07/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Virender Sharma S/O Sh. Kanhya Lal H. No. 102/2 Purani Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/07/2016 he was coming from Panarsa towards Mandi along with his friend and when they reached near Woman P.S. Mandi he saw that two persons were fell down on the road side in injured condition along with a scooty who were brough immediately to Z.H. Mandi where they were identified as Sh. Anish Thakur S/O Sh. Vipin Thakur VPO Dhalara Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 24 years who died later on during treatment at Z.H. Mandi and second injured Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. R/O Vill. Kotwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi referred to IGMC Shimla for treatment. HC Kamal No. 79 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 196/16 dated 23/07/2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Jhabe Ram R/O Vill. Thach PO Kalhani Distt. Mandi (HP) that he along with Naresh Kumar R/O Vill. Jagar PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt.Mandi (HP) were going by M/Cycle (HP33D-0585) from Pandoh to Thach which was ridden by Naresh Kumar and when they reached near Pandoh Dam, Naresh Kumar lost control over above mentioned M/Cycle and collided with a Bolero Jeep (HP49-1411) and Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Jagar PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt.Mandi (HP) aged 31 years old  died on the spot and he sustained injuries.  ASI Hem Raj I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

PROCEEDING U/S 174 Cr.P.C

1. On 23/07/2016 Medical Officer,CHC Kataula informed telephonically in Police Post Kamand that one person namely Sh. Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Chauntu R/O Vill. Darlog PO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi aged about 49 years old brought for treatment to CHC Kataula in unconscious condition from Forest Barrier Kamand who was posted as Chowkidar in said forest barrier at Kamand who was declared brought dead by the M.O. of CHC Kamand. On this information HC Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.P. Kamand rushed to CHC Kataula and as per statement of Sh. Biri Singh, B.O. Forest proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out and postmortem of the dead body was carried out by the M.O. of Z.H. Mandi and thereafter dead body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives.

1. 259  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 38,200/-   was  recovered, 14 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1400/-   was   recovered and 5 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
