FIR No. 248/12 dated 09/09/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in
P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Lalman R/O vill.
Chhatru PO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 08/09/12 Vijay Kumar
S/O Sh. Krishan and Deep S/O Sh. Karam Chand R/O Ghatta obstructed his way
and beat him up. HC Balbir Singh I.O. P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT

FIR No. 247/12 dated 08/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in
P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I. O. P.S. Balh that on 08/09/12 he was
on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of
patrolling he recovered 10 liter
lahan from the possession of Parma Nand S/O Sh. Kharkhar R/O Vill.
Bhayrita PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been
arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC
Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh.
