CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 241/12 dated 3/9/12 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt Pooja Devi W/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Vill. Ghatta PO KummiTehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 3/9/12 at about 5 PM her brother- in -law Deepak obstruct her way and beat her up and also threatened with dire consequence. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No.239/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by SI Chotta Ram that on 03/09/12 at about 5:45 PM he was on patrolling along with other Police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of the Rita Devi W/O Sh. Gorkha Ram Vill Majhtyal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Chhota Ram I/O of PS Balh.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 240/12 dated 3/9/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O Vill Kalar PO Bhadwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 03/09/12 at about 5:15 pm he along with his friend Amandeep went towards Nerchowk by M/Cycle No. HP( 33B-0669) and when they reached nearby Lunapani, in mean time one person namely Mulu S/O Gharu came on the road and Amandeep hit him by his M/Cycle, Mulu fell down on the road and sustained injuries. SI Chanchal Singh I/C highway is investigating the case. .

4 Case FIR NO. 105/12 dated 04/09/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Devi Singh VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 040/9/12 he & his classmate Salim Khan S/O Sh. Layakati Ali Vill. Balh P.O. Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi came from Chailchowk by M/Cycle No. (HP-31A-2898) & when they reached at Bassa at about 12.30 PM above M/Cycle skidded on the road due to rash & negligent driving by above Salim Khan and he sustained injuries. ASI Hans Raj I/O of PS Gohar is investigating the case
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
5 Case FIR No 140/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi that when said ASI was on patrolling along with other Police Officials, he recovered 2250 ML Country Liquor, 2250 ML Beer and 570ML English Wine from the Possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Bhikham Ram R/O VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash Chand I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

Thakur Singh S/O Laje Ram Village Khlach PO Thachi Distt Mandi that on 3/9/12 at about 5:15pm when he reached near by Thachi in mean time one unknown person Present ly working at PHC Thachi Pharmisist came along with other persons and obstruct his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence. HC Thakur Singh No.53 I/O of PP Balichowki is investigating the case .

7 Case FIR No. 235/12 dated 4/09/12 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Vikash Dhama S/O Sh. Mahavir Singh R/O 226/13 Paddal Mandi that on 04/09/12 at about 10:30 AM when he was coming to his home from Sundernagar and when he reached nearby his home, in mean time Gaurav S/O Smt.Parvati Devi came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF UNDER PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY
8. Case FIR No. 143/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 3 of PDP Act has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Dr. Prem Kumar of Govt. Ayurvedic Center Punni Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that during the intervening night of 03-04/09/12 some unknown persons broke the boundary wall and main gate of above mentioned Ayurvedic Center Punni Tehsil Karsog . ASI Rajender Singh I/O of this PS Karsog is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
9. 93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/-- was recovered during last 24 hours.
