CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDUR
1. Case FIR No. 244/12 dated 06/09/12 U/S 307 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Late Sh. Sewak Ram R/O Village Bagla PO Barsu Tehsil Sadar Distt.Mandi that on 05/09/12 his wife Smt. Jamna Devi consumed some poisonous substance due to harassment by his brother Duni Chand who was residing along with his family at Bagla. His wife Jamana Devi was admitted to Z.H. Mandi for treatment but she was expired. Inspr. Bahadur Singh SHO PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE
- Case FIR No. 243/12 dated 05/09/12 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in PS Balh by ASI Karam Chand I/O of PS Balh that on 04/09/12 Sh. Gangadhar S/O Late Sh. Govardhan Ram R/O Trambi PO Rewalsar was cooking food for himself in his kitchen and during the course cooking of food he sprinkle kerosene oil upon himself and tried to commit suicide. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF RAOD ACCIDENT
- Case FIR No. 237/12 dated 06/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Kirpa Ram S/O Sh. Acchru Ram R/O Vill. Chhattar PO Brang Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 05/09/12 at about 6 PM he was going on foot from Chowki to his home, on the way driver of unknown a car (Registration Number not known) crushed his foot. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
- Accused Hans Raj @ Nag S/O Sh. Lal Singh R/O Village Devnala PO Saigalu Sub Tehsil Kotali Distt. Mandi has been arrested by SI (Prob.) Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh who was wanted in case FIR No. 08/12 dated 03/01/12 U/S 406 IPC and above accused is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-2. Mandi.
CHALLAN
- 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 18 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered during last 24 hours
