1 Case FIR No. 150/12 dated 12/9/12 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in PS karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kishori Lak S/O Sh. Ratti Ram village Dali Dhar PO Kao Tehsil PS Karsog Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that. On 11/9/12 when he was going to his home in mean time Sh. Padam Dev, Ram Lal S/O Mehar Singh , Rena Devi W/O Ram Lal obstruct his way and beat him up . HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I/O of this PS karsog is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2 Case FIR NO. 86/12 dated 11/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Parma Ram S/O SH. Balu Ram R/O Vill. Mathaniul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/09/12 he brought a JCB Machine No.(HP65-2625) on the rent to make a plot for his house then at about 3PM the driver of the above JCB lost the control upon the JCB and fell down 50 feet downward from the road and the driver of the above said JCB sustained injury .HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3 Case FIR No.251/12 dated 11/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by ASI Lachhi Ram that on 11/09/12 when said ASI was on patrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 4000ML Illcit Liquor from the possession of Smt.Lajya DeviW/O Ram Singh R/O Vill. Tawan Distt. Mandi (H.P). ASI Lacchi Ram I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case .

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4 Case FIR No.244/12 dated 11/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat bu ASI Rajender kumar that on the secret information he recovered 2250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Suresh kumar S/OArjun Singh Vill.Jamsai PO and Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi from his shop . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Rajender Singh I/O of PS Sarkaghat .

CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY AND THEFT

5 Case FIR No. 163/12 dated 11/9/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Manglu Ram Vill Bobar PO Jarol Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on the intervening night of 8/9-9-12 some unknown person have stolen away golden jewelry i.e two golden ring 6 gm,2balia golden 5 gm,chack golden 5gm,mangalsutra golden 5gm, golden ring 9 gm and cash 1000/-from his house . Total value of stolen property rs.46000/- .ASI Shanti Sawroop I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case

7 97 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 15,100-/- was recovered under MV Act and 13 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 1300 recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
