CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1. Case FIR No. 240/12 dated 09/09/12 U/S 279 IPC and M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 09/09/12 near Rani-Ki-Bain a car (HP58-3239) hit a electric pole due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above car. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

           

2.      Case FIR No. 238/12 dated 09/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  Mandi by HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 09/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lagdhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession of Raju S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Kalag PO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Manoj Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

           

3.      Case FIR No. 239/12 dated 09/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar  Mandi by HC Anil Kumar No. 406 I.O. of  P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 09/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lagdhar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML country liquor from the possession of Bhoulu S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Kalag PO Lagdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Anil Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

           

4.      Case FIR No. 249/12 dated 09/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 09/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhayrita  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of  Savitri Devi W/O Ram Singh R/O Vill. Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi.   Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Lal Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh.  

 

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5.      Case FIR No. 72/12 dated 10/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Asha Devi W/O Sh. Surinder Pal R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sunernagar Distt. Mandi that today she along with Rukmani Devi and her mother-in-law were going towards Baggi, in the meant time a M/Cycle (HP31A-5067) hit a scooty (HP33B 9953) from back side and rider of the above scooty fell down on the road and sustained injuries. HC Snat Singh I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

 

6. 97  challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16, 300/-  was recovered under M.V. Act,  22 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 2200/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act.
