VENUES FOR WRITTEN TEST OF CANDIDATES (MALE & FEMALE) OF DISTRICT MANDI QUALIFIED IN PET FOR THE POSTS OF CONSTABLES
1. Venue for written test for male candidates of district Mandi who qualified in Physical Efficiency Test for the posts of constables during the course of recruitment is being held at 3rd I.R.Bn. Pandoh w.e.f. 13/09/12 to 20/09/12 is Jawahar Lal Nehru Govt. Engineering College Sundernagar whereas venue for written test for female candidates of district Mandi who qualified in physical efficiency test for the posts of constables during the course of recruitment is being held at 3rd I.R.Bn. Pandoh w.e.f. 13/09/12 to 20/09/12 is Govt. Polytechnic College Sundernagar. All candidates (male & female) of district Mandi qualified in above mentioned physical efficiency test are requested to collect their roll numbers for written test on 22/09/12 from P.L. between 10 AM to 5 PM and report on 23/09/12 in respective venue for appearance in written test.

2. Case FIR No. 248/12 dt. 18/9/12 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered at PS Sadar on the statement of Bandana Kumari D/O Sh. Sukh dev R/O H.NO. 288/02 Indira Aawas Colony Purani Mandi Distt. Mandi H.P. That On 18.09.12 at about 8.50 a.m. When she was going to school along with her sister Diksha. In the mean time one car no. HP-33B-2525 came very fast and negligent & Hit her sister Diksha. Her sister sustain injuries in this incident. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of car driver no. HP-33B-2525 Case is being investigated by HC Brij Lal no. 906 I/O Traffic City wing.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 250/12 dt. 18/9/12 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the statement of Sh. Manjeet kumar s/o Krishan Singh R/O Garodu PO Ner chowk Tehsil and Distt. Mandi HP, That on 18/9/12 he along with Recovery Van No. HP-33A-8288 with Operator Sunil Kumar and Assistant Operator Pawan Kumar. When he along with recovery van reached near 6 Mile. In the mean time one Private Bus namely Prem Bus Service HP-39A-4955 came from Kullu side very Fast in wrong direction and hit my Recovery van. The passengers of bus sustains injuries in this incident. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of above bus driver Case is being investigated by Manohar lal NO. 15 I/O High Way Patrol Sadar Mandi.
4. Case FIR NO. 92/12 Dated 19-9-2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Hem Singh R/O Mehar PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP . He stated that he is a driver of Truck No . HP65-2241 on 19-9-2012 he loaded the cement from Baggi to J/Nagar . At about 6.30 am when he reached near Drang at the mean time one Truck No. HP32B-1056 Came very rashly and negligently from Palli side and hit his Truck from the front. In this clash he sustained injury in his right leg and also the driver of Truck No. HP32B-1056 sustained injuries. Case has been investigated by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I/O PS Padhar.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT & MISCHIEF
5. Case FIR No. 91/12 Dated 18-9-2012 U/S 336,287,427,34 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the statement of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Kahan Singh R/O Vill. Thuji PO Barot Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt. Mandi HP . He Stated that he run a meat shop at lakkar bazzar Barot.On dated 17-9-20120 at about 8 pm he close his shop and went to home due to heavy rain . On dated 18-9-2012 at about 2.30 am he wake up and saw that it was raining very heavily and then at once a lot of water came in to his house on this he along with his family went to a peak and saw that there was a lot of people together their. After some time water entered in PHC Barot on the ground floor there was 8-10 patients admitted in the ground floor and they were saved by the Police , local people with the help of rope .At once 20-22 shops of lakkar bazzar Barot flowed in the flood . Then he knew that PSEB Project did not opened any gate to control the over flow of water and this occurrence take place due to the negligence of night duty staff of PSEB Project . Due to this flood approximately 26 lakhs property damaged and 5 vehicles flowed away . No any causality of human life in this happening. Case is being investigating by SI/SHO Sanjeev Kumar PS Padhar.

6. Case FIR No. 249/12 dt. 18/9/12 u/s 336,427 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the written complaint of Sh. Bhupender Pal Tandon R/O H.No. 53/1 Hari Kuteer Jawahar Nagar Mandi Town Distt. Mandi That PWD Department is Constructing a vertical wall above their house's during Rainy Season. Its collapsed and causing massive land slide which fell on their houses. The houses immensely damaged . This incident occurred due to negligent work done by PWD Department. Case is being investigated by HC Balam Ram no. 540 I/o PS Sadar Mandi
CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY
7. Case FIR No 251/12 Dated 18-9-12 U/S 420, 468, 471 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the application of R.P.Singh Subedar Mazor Army Recruiting office Mandi THAT One person Mr. Narender Kuamr Son of Tulsi Ram, resident of village Jandrola ( GHERU Balh ) post Tamoh tehsil Kotli (ST) Dist Mandi (HP) produced to Fake documents for Army enrollment .In this behalf case has been registered and Case is being investigating by ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City Mandi.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
8. Case FIR No 252/12 Dated 18-9-12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the report of Nagender Kuamr S/O Sh Ramesh Kumar Cast Rajpoot R/O Vill Kasala PO Drang Tehsil Sadar Mandi Distt Mandi . He stated that on dated 18-9-12 at about 11.45 Am. Dinesh Kuamar R/O Bijni and 2/3 other persons beaten him with Kick and Fist blow at place near Hotel Partap Palace Ramnagar Mandi . In this behalf case has been registered and Case is being investigating by ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City Mandi.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMIDATION
9. Case FIR No 247/12 dtd 18-9-12 u/s 341,323,504 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the statement of Ram Saran s/o Chaudhary Ram r/o Patku PO Dohag tehsil & ps Joginder Nagar. He stated that at about 6-50 pm he reached near Akant Dhaba one person namely Manu s/o Guddu r/o Bharara tehsil & ps Joginder Nagar abstracted his way and start abusing and gave beating with feast & blow .he sustained injuries. case is being investigated by Hc Rajmal no 875 of this ps
CHALLAN
10 19 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 1,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 09 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
