CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR No. 263/12 dated 23/9/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kunta Devi presently Head teacher of Govt Primary School Behna that during the intervening night of 22-23/9/12 some unknown culprits stole away three gas cylinders by breaking the locks of the door of Govt Middle & primary Schools of Behna. ASI Shemsher Singh I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR.No 76/12 dated 23/9/12 U/S 279, IPC & 187 MV Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Kumar R/O House No. 176/11 Purana Bazaar Sundernagar Distt Mandi that on 23/9/12 at about 3.40 PM a Scarpio vehicle (HR-26BQ-6921) hit his car (HP-28 A-0001) from backside at Dhanotu. CASE OF RIOTING, HURT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 24/09/12 U/S 147,149,323,451,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Shyam Singh S/O Sh. Parama Ram R/O Ropa Padhar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/12 at about 9:30PM Hira Lal S/O Bali Ram, Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Roop Chand, Anil Kumar S/O Churamani, Manu S/O Shesh Ram & Rajesh Kumar S/O Lalu Ram all are resident of Chhanang PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi all above persons came nearby the shop of Sh. Rakesh @ Raku at and beat him up. ASI Ashok Kumar I/O of PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case .
CHALLAN
4 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,150/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 25 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
