CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1. Case FIR No. 137/12 dated 01/09/12 U/S Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogndernagar by ASI Govind Pal I/C P.P. Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Chaloti and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML country liquor from the possession of Mohan Singh S/O Late Sh. Santokha Ram R/O Vill. Chaloti PO Panjalag Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Govind Ram I/C P.P. Ladbharol.
CASE OF BURGLRY AND THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 71/12 dated 31/08/12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar, J.E. Enforcement BBMB Colony Sundernagar that on 31/08/12 at about 03.30 PM Labourer Kishan Chand and Chowkidar Pawan Kumar were on patrolling and during the coruse of patrolling they found that Meera Devi D/O Sh. Tej Singh along with one person were making burglary in a quarter S-5-23 and when they tired to caught them they sped away from the spot. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING
3. Sh. Amar Prakash S/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Hunmani Bai Dhalpur Kullu (HP) fell down from a parapet near Sukkibaim and expired on the spot. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by the local police of Police Post Pandoh.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
4. Accused Arun Kumar S/O Sh Krishan Chand R/O Village Latehra PO Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP has been arrested on 31/08/12 by SI Reeta Sharma, SHO P.S. Sarkaghat who was wanted in case FIR No 191/12 dated 16/07/12 U/S 457,380 IPC. Above accuse is being produced before the court of Ld JMIC Sarkaghat.

5. 131 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 19 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered during last 24 hours
