 CASE OF HURT

1        Case FIR No. 88/12 dated 13/09/12 U/S 323,325,34 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar  on the  complaint  of  Sh. Manoj kumar S/O  Sh. Daya Ram R/O Vill. Sahal PO Kunnu Tehsil  Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 12/9/12 he was taking  the  part in wrestling Competition at place hardgalu fair during competition he win over Kamlesh in mean time  Dinesh , Prakash, Balwant and Kamlesh beat him up along with his brother Praveen kumar  and both of them sustained injuries . HC Nand Lal I/O  of PS Padhar is investigating the case . 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 89/12 Dated 13/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered  in PS Padhar by  SI/SHO Sanjeev Kumar that on 13/09/12 when  he was on patrolling along  with  other police officials  then on the secret information  he recovered 1500 ML Illicit Liquor  from the possession of  Rajender Kumar S/O Kaka Ram  R/O Megal Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) from his tea shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation in being carried out by SI/SHO Sanjeev kumar PS Padhar.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 245/12 dated  13/9/12 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been   in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh Thakur  S/O Man Singh VPO Majhwar Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/9/12 at about 7.00 P.M. When he was doing  evening walk In the mean time Tilak Raj & Raku came there  and obstruct the way of Sh. Khem Singh who was coming  back to his house from Mandi and beat him  and also threatened to Khem Singh  with dire consequence . ASI Ram lal I/C of  PP Pandoh is investigating the case .

CASE OF HOUSE BURGLARY AND THEFT

4        CASE FIR No. 145/12 dated 14/09/12 U/S 457,380 IPC  has been registered  in PS Jogindernagar  on the  complaint  of  Sh. Kushal Kumar S/O Late. Sh.Achru Ram R/O Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi  (HP) that he runs a hardware shop at Lad bharol bazzar during the intervening of 13-14/09/12 some unknown culprits has been  stolen away Amount Rs 25000-/-by broking the lock of his shop . HC Rajesh Kumar I/O of PP Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

5        Case FIR No 247/12 dated 13/09/12 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat  by  SI Kripal Singh that on the secret information he recovered 10 gram cannabis from the possession of  Kuldeep Sharma S/O Sh Roshan Lal R/O Village Kandapatan PO Baroti  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi(HP)  at place Kandapatan.Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Kripal Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No 248/12 dated 13/09/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the Complaint  of Smt. Usha Devi W/O Sh. Ram Lal  Village and PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 13/09/12 at about 6.30 AM Ram Lal S/O Sh Saran DassR/O VPO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) obstruct her way and  beat her up and she  sustained injury. HC Baldev Chand IO of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT  

7        Case FIR No 249/12 dated 13-09-12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by  of HC Narpat Ram No 886 that when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 1850 ML Country Liquor   and 750ML English Wine from the possession of  Ramesh Chand S/O Sh Diwan Chand Village Bandropa PO Thouna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi(HP) from his shop at Megal . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Narpat Ram No.866 I/O  of PS Sarkaghat .

CASE OF THEFT

8        Case FIR  253/12 dated  13/9/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered  in PS Balh on the  complaint of Smt. Manorma Devi W/O Thakur Dass Sharma VPO Ner Chowk Tehsil sadar Distt Mandi  that on 12/912 when she  was sleeping in her house at mid night  some  unknown culprits entered  into her room and stolen away 4 sets mobile and Rs. 17000/- Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 25000-/-. HC Ram  Singh  No. 66 I/O of  PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

9        Case FIR No. 87/11  dated 13/9/12 U/S 325 IPC  has been registered  in PS Aut on the complaint  of  Sh. Tile Ram S/O Sh. Dev R/O Muhath PO Panjani  BaliChowki  Distt Mandi (HP) that on 02/09/12 Hiru S/O Gumat Ram R/O Ghat PO Panjani    Distt Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP BaliChowki  is investigating the case  

CASE OF ASSAULT, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT  AND INTIMIDATION

10      Case FIR No. 88/12 dated .14/9/12 U/S 341,323,504,355,34IPC  has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Dhalu Devi W/O Bhim Sen Vill. Dhaglapanu PO Thachi  Distt Mandi  that at about 5:15PM   when she was going to her house in mean time   Chappa Ram and Dhawa Ram came  there  and obstruct her way  and beat her up . HC Thakur Dass I/O PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

11      66 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 15,800-/- was recovered  under MV Act and 14 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 1400 recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
