1 Case FIR No 258/12 dated 22/09/12 U/S 323,325,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Maya Ram S/O Sh Ram Singh Village & PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 11/09/12 Saneharu Devi and Ganga Ram beat him up and he sustained injuries .HC Chaman Lal No 38 I/O of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 260/12 dated 21/9/12 U/S 341,323 ,506 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Ramesh kumar S/O Ram R/O Noru PO Mandal Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 21/9/12 at about 7:30 PM one Onkar @Minku S/O Shiv Ram Vill Tikari PO Mandal Distt. Mandi (HP)obstruct his way and beat him up and also threatened with dire consequence .HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 261/12 dated 21/9/12 U/S 341,323 ,504,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt Maya Devi W/O Mohan Lal VPO Dhawan Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 21/9/12 at about 7 PM when she was coming back to her house from marrige and reached near by the house of Prem Singh Vill Dhawan in mean time Atti Devi and Prem Singh obstruct her way and beat her up . ASI Shemsher Singh I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

4 Case FIR No. 262/12 dated 21/9/12 U/S 341,323 ,325,34IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt Padma Devi W/O Param Dev Vill Dusra khabu PO Sardhwar that on 21/9/12 when she was going to her house in mean time Narbda , Mathra Devi, Panna Lal and Dharam Singh obstruct her way her way and beat her up.ASI Om Parkash I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
5 Case FIR No. 254/12 dated 21/09/12 U/S 279, 337 &187 MV Act has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Late Sh.Jiwa Nand R/O house No. 52/6 Lower samkhater Mandi that on 21/09/12 at about 2:50 PM when he was going to his shop on his own Scooter No. HP34A-2628 in mean time one M/ Cycle unknown No. came from Chotta bazzar side very rashly and hit the above said scooter due to this accident complaintant sustained injury. This accident occure due to the rash and negligent riding of the rider of Motor cycle. HC Brij lal No. 906 I/O TTR Wing Mandi is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
6 Pratap Singh S/O Sh Hari Singh , Ramila Devi W/O Sh. Pratap Singh , Kushal Singh S/O Sh Pratap Singh all R/O Village Karial PO Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi and Bhabna Devi W/O Sh Suresh Kumar Village and PO Barara Tehsil Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur has been arrested in case FIR No 253/12 PS Sarkaghat dated 16-09-12 U/S 498A,306 IPC in By SI Kripal Singh on dated 21-09-12 and produced before Ld JMIC Sarkaghat on today i. e.22/09/12
CHALLAN
7 118 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 24,950/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 21 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
