CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 84/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 18,20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar that today at about 1.50 AM he laid a nakka along with other police officials at Katindhi and during the course of nakka a scooter (HP33C-0865) came from Kamand side which was ridden by Kranti S/O Sh. Padam Nabh R/O Devdhar PO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). During the course of checking of above scooter he recovered 400 Gram cannabis (Charas) from his possession. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Sanjeev Kumar SHO P.S. Padhar.

 CASE OF THEFT, RECEIVING OF STOLEN PROPERTY AND UNDER TELEGRAPH ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 83/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 379,411 IPC and U/S 5 of Telegraph Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar that today at about 02.20 AM he was on patrolling along with other officials and during the course of patrolling he stopped a car (HP31A-1952) and during the checking of above vehicle he recovered 6 bundles of telephone cable and a hex-blade from the possession of  Noor Mahi S/O Sh.l Yusuf R/O Dungri PO Kanair Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi and    Binabin S/O Sh. Shukkar Deen R/O Vill. Jeegti PO Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi who were sitting inside of above mentioned vehicle. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3.      Case FIR No. 138/12 dated 02/0-9/12 U/S 498A, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Beli Ram R/O Vill. Machkehar PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that his daughter Rajni Devi was married with Thakar Singh S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Seru PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi and after 4-5 years his son-in-law was died and his daughter Rajni Devi is residing separate. Some time after of his son-in-law's death, Dhanir Ram father-in-law of his daughter has started to harass his daughter and he is demanding money from his daughter Rajni Devi.  ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 139/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5250 ML country liquor from the possession of Dhayan Singh S/O Sh. Bhola Ram R/O Vill. Chaloti PO Panjalag Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 238/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3120 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Ram Lal S/O Sh. Luda Ram R/O Vill. Chak-Ka-Gohar PO Bangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh.  

CASE OF THEFT

6. Case FIR No. 232/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/O Vill. Saroun PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that his father runs a shop with in the campus of his house. On 02/09/12 at about 9 AM his father open the shop and went for taking water and when he returned back, he found that Rs. 1000/- was stolen away by some unknown culprits and he watch out the footage of CCTV cameras and found that Panku S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O Heyod PO Awahdevi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur stole away above mentioned cash of Rs. 1000/- from their shop. SI Reeta Devi SHO P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 233/12 dated 03/09/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkagaht on the complaint of Smt. Shunki Devi W/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Jol PO Sandhole Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 02/09/12 at about 1.30 PM Kumkum, Annu, Nirmla and Sammu beat her up. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

 CASE OF RIOTING AND HURT

8. Case FIR No. 154/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 147,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shashi S/O Sh. Sarf Mohammad R/O Maszid Muhalla Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 02/09/12 Riyaj Akhtar, Shakila, Resha, Shalu and Shakil beat up his wife Shamim Begam and when he reached near his home they also beat him up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

9.      94 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,500/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of  Rs. 300/-   was recovered  during last 24 hours
