CASE OF NDPS ACT
1. Case FIR No. 232/12 01/09/12 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered
in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P.Pandoh that on 01/09/12 he
laid a nakka along with other police officials at Kenchimore near
Pandoh and during the course of nakka he recovered 250 gram cannabis
(charas) from the possession of Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O
Rancha PO Thatta Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested
and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Ram
Lal I/C P.P. Pandoh.
CASE OFCRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT
2. Case FIR No.82/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 452,323 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Bhavneshwari Devi
W/O Sh. Mahender Pal R/O Vill.Pipli PO Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt.
Mandi that on 02/09/12 Dinesh Kumar S/O Late Sh.Sidhu Ram R/O Vill.
Pipali PO Pali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi entered in her room and hit
her husband with a sharp weapon and her husband sustained injuries.
Accused Dinesh Kumar has been arrested and further investigation of
the case is being carried out by HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S.
Padhar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 236/12 dated 01/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. Balh by SI Chhotta Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh that on
01/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at
Taroh and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1500 ML illicit
liquor from the possession of Smt. Kali Devi W/O Sh. Sidhu Ram VPO
Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and
further investigation of the case is being carried outby SI Chhotta
Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 237/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh.
Brij Lal R/O Vill. Samlaun PO Khakharyana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi
that on 01/09/12 a vehicle (HP65-3340) fell down from the road about
300 mtrs downward and driver of said vehicle sustained injuries and
became unconscious. HC Suman Kumar No. 39 I.O. of P.P.Rewalsar is
investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
5. Accused Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Dev Raj R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil
Sundernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by the local police of
P.S.Sunderngar who was wanted incase FIR No. 70/12 dated 28/08/12 U/S
147,148,149,341,323,504,506 IPC who is being produced before the Ld.
Court.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No.153/12 dated 02/09/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.Desh Raj S/O Sh. Prem Singh
R/O Harnoda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that today he was
driving a jeep (HP01B-0435) and when he reached at Bhojpur, in the
mean time a tempo traveler DL 1BA-5431 came from Slapper side very
rashly and hit his vehicle from back side. HC Khem Chand I.O. of TTR
Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN
7. 77 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15, 900/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 17 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours
