1 Case FIR No 75/12 dated 14/9/12 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Hari Chand S/O Sh Deviya R/O Khatarwari PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sunder Nagat Dsitt Mandi (HP) that on 14/9/12 at about 8 PM when he was present at Naulakha in mean time Boby R/O Naulakha obstruct his way and beat him up .ASI Hari Ram I/O of PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 152/12 dated 14/9/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Karsog by ASI Om Prakash that on 14/9/12 at about 3.45 PM when he was on Petrolling along with other police officials from Chindi to Bakhrout then during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Tula Ram S/O Tulsi Ram village Kazol PO Bakhrout Tehsil Karsog(HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by SI Om Prakash I/O of PS karsog .
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No 250/12 dated 14/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by HC Kuldeep Singh No 409 that when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 18,750 ML English Wine from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ami Chand Village and PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Kuldeep Singh No.409 I/O of PS Sarkaghat.
CASE OF CRUEL TY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND ATTEMPT TO MURDER
4 Case FIR No. 254 /12 dated 14/9/12 U/S 498A, 307 IPC has been regsitered in PS Balh on the complaint of Smt. Seema Devi W /O Gopal Singh R /O Village Joli PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt . Mandi that she was married with Gopal Singh S/O Chet Ram R /O Village Joli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi in the year 2005 and got two children with him. Gopal Singh always used to drink and tease her after one year of marriage and she got mently distrubed due to his torture. On12/9/12 her husband Gopal Singh came in drunken condition and started abusing her and beat her up her. In drunken condition he spread the kerosene oil upon her and ignited fire on her due to which she got burned. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

.5 Case FIR No. 255/12 dated 14/09/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Balh by HC Suman Kumar No.39 that on 14/09/12 when said HC was on patrolling alongwith other police officials then on the secret information he recovered 2625 ML Illicit Liquor from the possession of Chand Ram Vill.Sikandra PO Leda Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(HP) from his house .Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by HC Summan Kumar No. 39 I/O of PP Rewalsar.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 256/12 U/S 279,337 IPC dated 15/9/12 has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Raj Kimar S/O Chet Ram R /O Village Gular Bala Kasauli PO Kali Bari Tehsil Nalagarh that on today at about 12.30 AM when he was driving his truck no. (HP12 D-8687) and another Habib Khan was driving his truck no. (HP12E-2934) when they reached near by Dadour they changed and checked the tyres in mean time car no. (HP33 C-1305) came in rashly and hit the Habib Khan and he sustained injuries . SI Chanchal Singh I /C of High Way Petrol TTR Wing Balh is investigating the case
CHALLAN
7 60 challan were issued and fine of Rs. 8700-/- was recovered under MV Act and 7 challan were issued and fine of Rs-/- 700 recovered under COTPA during last 24 hours.
