CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1. Case FIR No. 151/12 dated 28/9/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Govind Pal I/C PP Ladbharol that he was on patrolling along with other police officiails at Dadhon and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Parkesh Chand S/O Damodar Dass R/O Dadhon PO Ladbharol Distt Mandi (H.P.) from his karyana shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Govind Pal I/C PP Ladbharol.

2. 2. Case FIR No. 95/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Padhar by HC Hari Singh that on 27/09/ 12 at about 6:30 PM when said HC was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered2250 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Prem Chand S/O Sh Bhuri Singh Vill Kulander P.O. Drang Tehsil Padhar from his Chicken shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried by HC Hari Singh NO 407 I/O of PS Padhar.

3. Case FIR No. 96/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS Padhar by HC Prem Singh that on 27/09/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nagrota and during the course of patrolling he recovered 375 ML illicit Liquor from the possession of Biri Singh S/O Sh Sant Ram Vill Nagrota P.O. Drang Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Prem Singh No. 75 I/O of PS Padhar.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
4. Case FIR No. 260/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 454, 380 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jogi Ram S/O Sh. Ram Dev R/O VILL. Bagfal PO Garauru Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 27/09/12 Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Prittam Singh VPO Awahdevi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt. Hamirpur stole away Rs. 1500/- from a temple situated at village Garauru . Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 409 I/O of PS Sarkaghat .
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
5. Accused Munsi Ram @ Sanju S/O Sh. Ram Singh R/O Chari PO Deslehra PS Balh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by ASI Jeet Singh I/C P.P. Hattli who was wanted in Case FIR No. 259/12 dated 26/07/12 U/S 376, 506 IPC and he is being produced the Ld court.
CASE OF CHEATING
6. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 420 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Gupta S/O Sh. Birbal Gupta R/O House No. 91/11 Purana Bazar, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) that on 03/09/12 he received a SMS from a Mobile No.+918285350012 on the name of Nokia Award Team 20 Craven Park Hari Lesden, Landon NW 10 (UK) regarding Nokia Mobile Lottery. After receiving this SMS complainant deposited amount of Rs. 10,24,605/- with above company which cheated the complainant dishonestly. SI/SHO Firoj Khan is investigating the case .
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7. Case FIR No. 78/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 Excise Act has been registered by HC Karan Singh that on 27/09/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kotla and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 liter illicit from the possession of Leela Devi W/O Alam Ram R/O Kotla PO Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Karan Singh No 24 I.O. of PS BSL Colony.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8. Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 27/09/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony by HC Sant Singh that on 27/09/12 at about 7 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 555 ML Country Liquor and 180 ML English wine from the possession of Prem Chand S/O Sh. Hardu Ram R/O Ropa PO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out HC Sant Singh No 81 I/O of PS BSL Colony.
CHALLAN
9. 73 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 14,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
